Mar 26,2021Happy with the service I received from Rent4sure, and found them to be fast and efficient in confirming the legitimacy of my documents. However, since using them I have received constant unsolicited spam calls, texts and emails from third parties that they have passed my personal details onto. I did not consent to my data being shared in this way. One broadband company called me three times in the middle of one day, then started texting me when I blocked the number.

Mar 18,2021References are very detailed and Matthew Glover was very helpful and easy to talk to. We had initial teething issues of which Matthew responded straight away and put our minds at rest. Matthew at Rent4Sure has been great, he has explained the referencing process, Keeps in touch to make sure everything is running smoothly. The referencing staff are also very good if they have any information they think you should be made aware of. All round good service. Our initial reservation of moving from another referencing firm to Rent4Sure were quickly changed.

Mar 30,2021I am leaving rent4sure this year after Being a customer for 6 years I never Did claim from them but I am fed up to get substantial increase from them I should hardly get any increase at all For being a no claiming customer But this year I have decided to stop it I found a company who will insure me for the same cover but at half of the money they charge Avoid them at any cost shop around lots company with robust cover like them but at half of the price they charge I got the same cover this year as rent4sure but instead to give £395 I paid this year £204 so long rent4sure They did flag my review unfairly I have a proof certificate number Policy : 500148807
