Aug 30,2022I contact with customer service to change the cloth size and was rejected (within 24h after order). Then I required to cancel so that I can place a new order and the customer service just told me the produce has been shipped out. There is no direct cancel in the website and all contact can only be via email. The difference time zone make such contact very inefficient.

However, it is really a shock to receive additional tax/vat bill almost half of the item price paid, and it's disappointing that when returning certain items back, neither Coltorti or DHL advise nothing to do with them while custom just not responding to individual request. This means tax/vat paid out is not refundable even the item is returned back. Majority of other website included tax/VAT for their clients so we won't be shocked by additional cost afterwards which makes me feel a bit hesitate to shop again given I don't know what extra cost am I expecting, and tax is 100% a loss if I choose to return any item back if the size not fit.
