I live in the US, items were shipped from Italy and it only took about 5 days to get to me (and it got here a day earlier than expected) double checked my items since I was a little hesitant ordering from them (since I never have before) but everything was in perfect condition and I’m really happy with my purchase :) overall I think they’re a pretty good company
