Ben helped make the process a speedy smooth transition and kept me updated at every step. Nov 13,2024I was considering cashing in my pension but the plan from my provider didnt look that good so having reviewed Retirement Line i asked for a quote which i received from Mr Paul Guy through my email having requested no telephone due to my hearing. Paul was brilliant through all my contacts with him with no jargon busting legal terms just simple to follow guidence and even any minute concerns i had he quickly put my mind at rest. Having chosen a plan that suited my needs all legal documents where sent for me to sign and was all straight forward. Now with my plan in place Mr Ben Payne was assigned to mediate between me my current provider and my new provider until all transfer and funds where complete and once again Ben provided exceptional service keeping me informed every step of the way. Nov 09,2024Highly recommend Retirement Line. Was struggling finding information and help on what to do with my two private pension pots and getting a quote for a combined annuity. After contacting Retirement Line, I got a call from Rick. He talked me through the process and emailed me multiple quotes (based on my preferred options ) from companies offering annuities. There was absolutely no hard sell here - Rick was very professional and helpful. He explained there were no hidden fees or charges and that the quotes provided by the companies were after any commission paid to Retirement Line. After choosing my preferred annuity (in my case I chose Standard Life) I was contacted by Terry from Retirement Line who then very quickly (within about 2 or 3 weeks) organised the whole process of transferring my two pension pots and setting up my annuity. This was an absolute painless experience and I can't thank Rick and Terry enough!

Nov 07,2024Sam Pritchard gave First Class advice, I can highly recommend her, unfortunately the Admin Side was very slow, I started this process in late June, the pension has only active now, November, I found myself chasing the admin side. I would however, recommend this company.
