Denise Hyland and Terry Finch are great advocates for the Company and I would not hesitate in recommending them to others. So impressed that the whole scenario came to fruition in a lot less time than the anticipated 12 weeks we were advised at the outset. In fact, we will definitely be returning to use their services again later next year.

From signing the paperwork (I knew what was the right product for me having spoken to Pensionwise) to the pension pot being transferred to my pension provider took under two weeks. Would recommend.

Nov 04,2024Both George Gilbert and Terry Finch were both very clear in their communications, George explained things very clearly and was very patient with my questions and he kept me informed on a regular basis regarding quotes etc. I must say that having given me such good service I was a little concerned when George said that he was going to handover the next part of the process to somebody else! I needn't have been concerned, however, because Terry gave me regular updates including expected time scales and what to expect next. Both exceeded my expectations of customer service.

Every member of staff we have spoken to from the first enquiry to the completion has been courteous, efficient and very helpful. Our first contact was with Johnathan, he was polite and extremely helpful, Terry, our next point of contact was a great help and always responded quickly and efficiently. Jamar also proved to be helpful and polite. All followed through and provided excellent customer service, we were kept informed at every step of the way. Any emails sent were responded to immediately. We cannot praise them enough, faultless service from start to finish. Thankyou for making this an easy and stress free transaction. Highly recommended.

Came up with the best quotes for the options for me to consider and guided me through the application process. Joshua was my first contact and I was then seamlessly handed over to Callum in the Admin team. I now have my annuity confirmation from the provider – all within 5 weeks of first contact. Oct 31,2024Every stage of the process has been amazing, from the initial support from William in understanding my circumstances and looking for the best pension options for me, and ensuring I really understood the pros and cons of each options. William supported me to complete the documentation once I had made my decision on which option I wanted to go for (an annuity and the details of that) and the handover to the team of Safeen and Roland who took it forward from there was seamless. I was given regular updates on the progress of transferring my pension pots to the annuity provider, and the value of the annuity is better than I could possibly have obtained on my own. Thank you all for a seamless and stress free experience at a very difficult time in my personal life.
