I spoke with Will a couple of times and he helped me decide what I wanted to do.( There are so many options) Once having made the decision,Sabrina did all the ‘ behind the scenes’ stuff. Feb 10,2025I made an online enquiry as an attorney. Oliver Scott phoned me, taking time to find out personal circumstances to maximise potential pension income and talked about options available. He gave me a comprehensive list of questions to ask each company holding the pension pot. Once he had put the data into the system he came back to me with several options. The outcomes of each option were clear. I made my choice and Oliver submitted the application to chosen pension provider. Ben Payne then took over the case, liaising with me, the companies holding the pension pots and the company paying the pension. Ben gave me regular updates and chased up companies for a quick completion. From first enquiry to completion was only 10 weeks which I was impressed by considering that included Christmas/New Year and the need to use lasting power of attorney documents.

Feb 07,2025As an annuity broker they achieved better results for us than going direct to the providers, most of whom would not work with us directly anyway. Once the annuity was chosen the administration team took away all the effort of providing the required information and completed the transfer process efficiently. I had 2 phone appointments with Josie Thomas where the figures, options and procedures were explained clearly and without pressure. Once I made my decision to go ahead with the product chosen, things moved swiftly, quicker than I expected and was promised! All administration was completed by Jamar Dobson and he kept me up to speed almost daily. I am now a happy retiree, lump sum received and waiting for my first payment to start.

Feb 05,2025Jordan supplied me with all my choices, when I was choosing the type of Annuity suited me best. When I didn't understand, he took time to explain, so that I was able to take a more informed decision. Once my decision had been submitted, Louise took over the administration and liaised with my pension pot provider and Annuity provider and the whole process was quick and completed by mid January 2025. I am now receiving my annuity each month. I would recommend using Retirement Line's service to purchase your Annuity.

The experience was a level above that which I had encountered previously in getting enhanced annuity quotes. Thomas Handley was reassuringly persistent and hard-working in pursuing the best quotes for a joint life annuity for myself and my wife, and in following up responses from product providers. Amy Rogers kept me well and precisely informed after I accepted the final agreed quote and through to the policy documentation being issued.
