Oct 09,2024I can’t recommend Retirement Line enough, if you are looking for an Annuity definitely look them up. I originally used an online calculator to give me an idea what figures I would be looking at if I cashed in my pension early. The next day I started getting phone calls from Retirement Line asking did I want to discuss my options further. If I am honest I was so nervous about anyone calling me about anything which involved money that I ignored them at first. I then received a very professional pack through the post and decided to email them back to say I was happy to have a consultation. Despite doing a lot of research to make sure they were legitimate, including checking them on the FCA website, matching profiles on LinkedIn and cross referencing everything on their website as well as reading just about every review available, I still felt worried in case it was a scam, only because you hear such horror stories about people being scammed out of their pensions. I was transferring money from 2 pensions into one new one with a new pension provider because the company I was with didn’t do Annuity pensions. After all my research and now my experience having used Retirement Line I can assure everyone that this company is totally legitimate and very professional and got me a great deal for my pension, do not worry about working with them. Tom Handley who started the process and went through all my options was extremely knowledgeable, very patient and explained everything, he helped me complete all the paperwork and called me back immediately every time I had a query. Once I had selected my preferred option my case was passed to Mollie Turner, Mollie was amazing, she also explained everything as the process was going along, she emailed me back every time I had a question and even emailed me to let me know she was having a couple of days holiday and gave me someone else’s contact details in case I needed to speak to anyone whilst she was off. I was told at the start that the process could take up to 10 weeks, but it was all sorted in less than 6, my tax free lump sum was paid into my bank last week and my first months pension money was paid into my account yesterday. Very impressed with the communication, knowledge and overall service from this company. A massive thank you to Tom and Mollie, now it’s time to relax and enjoy my early retirement
