Rhythm delivers the power everyday and every night no matter what the temperature is outside.
Rhythm was reasonabl at first then upon renewal it jumped 10 11.something a kw. And I was being charged on a 2000 kw per month? I was only using maybe 750 a month. It would be less if I used more. I found a company charging me 5.6 cents per kw based on my low usage. This will cut my bill in half.
The transition from our old electrical provider to Rhythm was simple. They took care of all the work to get me set up, I didn't have to call or email anyone to make the changes. I like the weekly usage updates and information on my daily usage, great feedback.

Being new to Texas, but aware of the grid problem through national news it was a big concern to me to reduce my risk as much as possible. Rhythm offered a locked in rate which was an area people were scammed by unlocked rates per the news. Also Important to me is the green factor as I prefer clean energy as much as possible. Prior to moving here, I had changed my kitchen gas stove to electric induction and found my upper respiratory problems drastically reduced and no longer on meds. A big proof to me of the health problems with gas. I believe in promoting a healthy future through green energy. Their have been no interruption of services and pleased with the weekly updates of usage. A new feature to me.

I received a rate increase that was substantially high, even though it was lower than other competitors. wishing, and wanting a decrease in the rates.
Bill just keeps going up and up. Plan on switching to another company.
Prompt updates on usage and projected bill totals ROCK! No unpleasant surprises from Rhythm. The best experience I've had with an electric provider, ever.
Really straightforward, regular and well-organized technology and communications. (I previously used Green Mountain, and its entire system was much more opaque.) And, solar to boot, which I try to support, without paying for panels on my roof.

It’s not that anything went wrong this time. Your customer service has been excellent in trying to help me but they can’t help me with what this problem is. PLEASE NOTE: This review covers the last 6 months. I didn’t outright choose your company for energy services, but I was signed up by the apartment locator service that found me this apartment that I’m living in. They assured me that this would be the best energy service for me. Right from the beginning in January of this year when I moved in I thought my bills were too high. I waited to see if they would become more reasonable but they did not. Now my next bill is going to be about $115 for a month. This is your prediction. You see I have a very small apartment of 644 ft.² and I am on the top floor so I think what’s happening is all the heat in the building is rising and I also have very tall ceilings that are probably between 10 and 11 feet high. so I suppose what’s happening is I’m either cooling or heating everything that’s up there on the ceiling so you see there’s nothing that can be done about it. I have a years lease that I signed because that’s what was given to me and I didn’t have a choice to do it month by month. I moved here from out of state. I was very surprised that there was no month-to-month leasing. I think it’s possible that the apartment locator service just went by whatever figures were available for different energy companies and your energy service looked the best. maybe it didn’t work out to be as good as I wanted because this was a brand new building no one had ever lived in before. There were no records of anybody’s energy service bills from this building. So I see why it all happened. Just not a good fit for me. It’s costing me a lot of money, energy wise to live here even though I try and conserve. I’m sure your company is just excellent for most homeowners. That is not the case here- I am not a homeowner. I am just an apartment dweller.
Rates are too high!! We have to keep our house hotter than we ever have. To get a 5 star - you need to drop your prices - we are on a fixed income.
Started off really well but then the rates increased. I went from $60 monthly to $130. I turn off my ac and all appliances before I leave, so I don’t know how Im using more KWh? I am most likely canceling my policy after my contract ends.
