Lower my Bill monthly
This was partly my fault, so I am adding an extra star. I am NOT a xenophobe. I speak Russian, Turkish, French and Spanish as well as english. I have worked and communicated in these languages, and have used enough Japanese, German and Korean to get by. My accent may have been cute, but I always confirmed how effective my communication was, especially during presenting myself. Some of your reps have more accent than I am comfortable trying to understand, and they get touchy when asked to repeat themselves. and don't seem to undertand why i can't understand them.
Best website/pay page No gouging a little guy like me just 'cause I don't use as much juice as others. People I dealt with at the beginning were awesome. The whole usage tracking thing is great for guys like me that are dancing on the edge of their finances. Best energy company I have dealt with in over 40 years. No BS

I switched over to Rhythm a few years ago after TXU was cheating everyone. We went several days with no power and it was below o outside. TXU popped us with a 300 dollar fee. So I switched to Rhythm. Right away Rhythm saved us money and gave me a 150 dollar discount and my light bill ended up just costing me 124.00 and it's been under 350 dollars everyone. Switching to Rhythm was the best thing I have ever done.
Excellent in great price
Prices are absolutely ridiculous. I was away for 3 weeks and had the highest bill since I signed up. I also was promised a credit upon signing up and never received it.

Rhythm representatives are very helpful. Rhythm provides an overview of your potential bill and tips how to lower the next bill. Rhythm is also the most affordable out of the other electric companies we’ve had.
Candid and helpful treatment of customers, and no penalty or contempt toward customer loyalty (no exclusive favor to new custers only).
The cost is affordable and I love the weekly break down of usage and expected monthly bill.

Fees too High it’s a scam
Your bill just get higher and higher. When u call to ask why the bill keeps increasing they can’t tell you … Then they want to charge you 200 dollars just to send someone out too check your meter.
