She was highly competent, reassuring and supportive, going the extra mile and seeing the problem through until it was resolved - after closing hours. We were extremely grateful to her for her professionalism and understanding.

There were a few bumps in the road and if I did it all again (which I really hope I won't have to) I'd maybe be more fussy about who came to view my house in terms of having a mortgage in place or being in a position to actually move! Richard kendall always responded to my calls and emails and chased up buyers. A special mention to Liz who's friendly manner help keep me sane during a stressful time.

Donna and Suzy assisted in the process and helped keep the whole thing going and minimised all stress in the house selling process. Our house sold very quickly and Suzy and Donna took care of everything from there to completion. They really pushed at the end as we were due to get on our flight to the USA and needed a prompt close on the house. We didn’t doubt them for a second! And even better, we barely lifted a finger!
