The price they charged was really reasonable especially compared to other agencies that did not provide the same level of service. Highly recommended.

Jun 22,2022Can not Fault Richard Kendalll at all absolutely amazing, looked to buy my first ever buy to let property. Karen Preece was absolutely amazing so prompt with replied and she also give me weekly update was soo engaging, can not fault her at all. I want on holiday and she was soo accommodating in terms of efficient replies via email at all sorts of times. AND guess what she was soo efficient and gave me the news that the keys was ready for collect before my Solicitors. She answered any questions I had and put me in the right direction in terms of understanding what to do as it was my first every purchase and I was clueless. Helpful, professional would defo recommend and use richard kendall again. Thank you again Karen Preece :)

Jun 17,2022We put our house on the market in October and completed in June, Joanne and Amanda went above and beyond from start to finish. Through chains falling through to solicitors making huge errors that caused a delay that resulted in us exchanging at 4pm and completing the following day, Amanda and Joanne continually contacted the entire chain and their respective solicitors to constantly push things to achieve the completion date and kept us in the loop throughout. Helpful, professional and personable. Would recommend and use again without a doubt! Thank you both!
