Elizabeth Cooke managed the sale and she was excellent at providing timely phone calls and emails to keep me informed of the whole process. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them and Elizabeth.

Feb 19,2025Alice Duckett from Richard Kendall`s let a house in under a month from the previous tenant leaving. As agents they have been excellent over the previous nine year occupancy. Alice was so professional in keeping us updated with viewings and applications from new tenants and nothing was too much trouble to her. I would have no hesitation in recommending Richard Kendall`s and their very professional agency to anyone.

She was fabulous from start to finish, organising viewings, weeding out time wasters & helping us to achieve full asking price. She was very proactive in managing the sale - more so than our solicitor. She was in regular contact with both parties & legal representatives & kept us fully informed all the way. Highly recommended.

Feb 11,2025We have just moved into our new house that was sold through Richard Kendall Wakefield, with Karen Marijewko. Karen kept in touch with me every Thursday updating me on the progress and asking me for any updates from our side etc to make sure we were all kept in the loop. We had a date we had to work towards for our sellers, and also with me being very close to my due date with baby number 2 we were desperate to complete and get in asap too! Karen made sure to push solicitors on both sides and make sure things were progressing in good time. Very friendly and helpful service keeping a pregnant lady at ease at a very stressful time! :)

Always gave me straight talking advice. Second time using them, would definitely recommend again. From valuation to completion been hectic, but so worth it. Can't thank you enough.

Karen Marijewko property consultant who managed this sale was absolutely professional, helpful and well knowledgeable in her role. Keeping us fully updated on a weekly basis of the sale progression as well as informing ourselves on the progression of the solicitors and prospective buyers. I would highly recommend anybody who is selling a property to use Richard Kendalls.
