Oct 31,2022As we were moving abroad, we first rented and then sold our house through Richard Kendall. Got very professional service from them, especially Lucy and Alison (in the sales team) and Amy (in the lettings team) who we were dealing with directly. Each viewing was followed up for feedback (which wasn't our experience with the previous estate agents who were marketing our house). All viewings were done accompanied by a member of Richard Kendall's team as per our request. It would have been nice if this was the same person each time as sometimes, the person was totally new to the house, hence not in the best position to highlight the strengths of the property. Overall, a well rounded experience.

Going back to when I originally contacted them to arrange a viewing of a property I was interested in viewing, right through to the completion. The people working in the office have gone above and beyond, providing me with regular and ad hoc updates whenever I have requested them. I must make a special mention to Liz, who has provided myself and partner with an exceptional service from start to finish, going between ourselves, the seller, our solicitor and the seller's solicitor to get to the bottom of any queries. Thanks again for all the help with the purchase of our new property.
