Jan 14,2025I needed a house quickly for me and my two children as my old landlord was selling the house at such short notice. Alice from the horbury brand was so understanding and helpful trying to make things as quickly as possible. Always phoning me to give me updates which in past cases I normally have to chase the agent! She has been really quick with replies and honestly being so helpful. I feel super lucky she was dealing with my tenancy for me. The most helpful person and has contacted me since to make sure everything is ok. She definitely deserves recognition for being fantastic at her job! X

We were kept regularly updated as to the progress which was incredibly helpful. We have taken off a star as we did however feel that the company were working on behalf of our buyers and not us (even though we were the paying customers)!

However she was an absolute superstar, she was always in contact and checked in with us and kept us up to date. She went up and beyond for us even though she was not working on our behalf.
