Jul 30,2024We first dealt with both Liz & Joanne at Richard Kendall estate agent branch (Northgate in Wakefield) in September 2023 for the purchase our new home. Our new purchase took some time due to issues with our sale, but we continuously updated & informed on our new purchase by Liz which made us feel that our issues were important to her which reassured us also. We couldn't be appreciative enough for her time & efforts & patience in facilitating our purchase. We can't speak highly enough of Liz & the Northgate branch, we couldn't recommend them highly enough for anyone considering dealing with them. Fantastic experience all round, thanks for everything Liz :-) !!

Jul 29,2024This was my first time selling a house and Richard Kendall have been the right fit from the start with amazing communication, support and advice. Elizabeth Cooke handled my case and she has been brilliant throughout, chasing up matters, keeping me in the loop and always being friendly and approachable. She was always easy to contact if I ever needed anything and got back to me promptly. I never had any doubts in the process with Liz dealing with it and would not have wanted anyone else to go through such a huge process with. I would use Richard Kendall again and would recommend them to anyone. For something as stressful as a house sale it really was an easy experience so thank you again Liz and everyone at Richard Kendall!

Jul 27,2024Me and my boyfriend have recently bought our first house. From the minute we booked a viewing Richard Kendall have been amazing. The whole process is daunting especially if you are a first time buyer. However Richard Kendall have really supported us and given us the best advice. After putting our offer in, we were then supported by Karen based in Wakefield. She made sure she contacted us, regular updated. She was genuinely a lovely person to speak to (I think I will miss our weekly calls). The whole process with them felt personal and for what could have been a scary process, they really reassured us. Without her I suspect this whole thing would have fallen through. Highly Highly recommended!

Jul 25,2024Liz Cooke took over matters for us after the first few months of marketing my late Mother's house which was proving tricky to sell in a buyers market. Liz has a natural energy and enthusiasm for her job and it shines through. She is totally professional, a great listener/communicator in general and always got back to me quickly on the phone or email if she wasn't immediately available. Liz was an absolute pleasure to deal with during what was a particularly stressful time for us, exacerbated by living so far away from Wakefield. I have no hesitation in recommending her agency skills.

Nothing was too much trouble, everything explained to us in an amazingly informative supportive and courteous manner. Andrew from Kendalls, who visited our home to take photographs for our brochures, as well as being extremely professional and qualified, using state of the art photographic equipment, helped us to present our property to its very fullest potential, and gave us lots of tips regarding the very best photographic profile. He was extremely patient, working tirelessly on our behalf, producing a high class brochure. Liz Cooke helped us throughout the process, amazingly professional, determined stalwart to give us the very best experience, ensuring we were kept well informed throughout, liaising with solicitors and our buyer's solicitors to ensure seamless communication to all. Liz is one in a million!! I have never come across such a hardworking individual within an estate agent practice and this was my 7th Purchase and Sale in a period of over 30 years. You know that you can totally trust and rely on the staff and company completely. Ours was a complex sale but Liz worked diligently on our behalf the whole time, to ensure the sale went through. Buying and Selling properties, is such an awfully stressful and challenge experience to go through, but Liz, Andrew and all the staff at RK, did everything they could for us to reduce stress, help and support us the entire time.
