Sep 29,2024Lovely people, warm and friendly. The whole prices to took nearly 18 months to close the sale due to bad timing of the sale. In hindsight I felt that the agents could have been more proactive. Once the sale was agreed this took 24 weeks to complete, again a very long time. However I cannot fault their enthusiasm and politeness. Thank you Katherine and Shireen!

They have been great in communicating everything from start to finish, all the viewings and offers were well organized and house sold reasonably quickly. We had an agency worker Elizabeth Cooke, who looked after us throughout the process. She has been very supportive and positive during at times stressful time, keeping good link with the solicitors, buyers and sellers. She would always call back and kept checking on us regularly, we always knew what was happening. I have been happy with Richard Kendall agency services and would recommend as very effective and personable.

Sep 21,2024After using them previously for letting out my house and been impressed I used again to find a new tennant. Unfortunately this time the service level has gone hill dramatically. Had to continually chase for everything. No communication at all. Didn't return calls. Had to chase them to send forms out to new tenant and had to keep calling to ask them to do things they hadn't done.

In both instances they have been so professional and knowledgeable about their business. From the initial valuation to the quick response of any updates/queries in communication regarding my property. We have been lucky to have had Elizabeth Cooke from the Wakefield office help us out and keep us updated with our property. She has gone above and beyond her job role in helping us out with our sales. I would definitely recommend the company and wouldn’t hesitate to use again Such high standards from the photographer to the girls/guys on the end of the phone. Thank you ☺️

Sep 17,2024After a fairly quick sale, our buyer was an absolute nightmare but Joanne and Donna at Richard Kendalls dealt with her extremely calmly. They took on work which was not theirs to do and made sure everything at our end was dealt with in a timely manner, if only all agents worked like they did. Special thanks also to Liz who had to listen to our buyers rants daily. (Its worth saying that anyone buying a house should always make sure they use reputable, approved legal services and not blame others for their own choices). From start to finish the agents were helpful and thorough. Highly recommend.
