Always kept me informed and explained the process fully as to what to expect and average timescales etc making the process a lot less stressful as I was on a tight timescale to be out of a rental. Absolutely faultless customer service from Richard Kendall and more specifically Amanda, thank you :)

Oct 28,2024We have had the best experience of customer care with Amber. I would recommend Richard Kendall everyday of the week. Our home had the most beautiful photos/video taken by Richard Kendall’s, from the beginning we have been so impressed! We have been kept up to date every week since our house went on the market back in June. Amber went above and beyond to get updates from the rest of the chain/solicitors. Many people dread the house moving process but I can honestly say, it hasn’t been half as stressful as we thought and that is mainly down to Amber for always keeping us in the loop. Thank you so much, we honestly couldn’t have done it without you!

Oct 17,2024We recently bought and sold using Kendall's Estate agents during the period we had numerous experiences with other estate agents.kendalls were by far the most professional.from first point of call to the Final day.we were looked after mainly by Lucy who was absolutely brilliant going above and beyond to keep us updated when Solicitors were uncommunicative.she rescued and chased answers to important questions but also addressed issues with common sense. Trish and the rest of the Kendall team always were on the ball and conveyed messages accurately and quickly. You will find communication is key to make House buying and selling being as less stressful as possible.thankyou Lucy I hope Kendall's appreciate how valuable an asset Your are to them . Living overseas I was worried this would be much more difficult than it actually was thanks to Amanda from Richard Kendall who went far above what was expected to ensure that the property was sold in a timely manner. Given the time differences Amanda liaised with all Parties on my behalf to keep the sale progressing and kept me informed every step of the way. I could not recommend a better agent than Amanda!
