Mar 21,2019I have been lied to multiple times. This company is a fraud. I was not given my contract before someone came to my home to have me sign and notorize it. She told me I could not read it all as she was only paid for an hour. After feeling bad for her I signed and obviously it was not what I was told over the phone. I was summed to court as they did not contact my creditors for a year. They did not show up to court. Now they came to a contract with one creditor and was forced to do a voice recording and told that it was just so it can go onto the next step. Today I was told that was a legal recording and I have committed to it. Worst customer service ever. I was not treated at all as they said I would be.

Mar 16,2019Don't waste time with this company. They are a fraud. Research what these debt relief companies can and can't do. Then when they bring you documents ask intelligent questions. See though their vice. One of the most important things is that they CAN'T collect a large fee up front for your services. They can only get paid after a settlement is made. They should only be getting a nominal service fee. so be careful signing any documents which allow them to take a large fee up front. It is illegal. You wouldn't pay monthly payments for a car with the promise that you can have it after 9 months...may be. After almost a year without no resolutions on any of my accounts, limited-to-no communications, no legal assistance, and the loss of thousands of dollars; I went with a reputable debt relief company: National Debt Relief. They resolved three of my accounts within 120 days. Was up front about what they can legally do, assured me that most of my money goes into an account which I was interactive with, ask permission to withdrawal from account, explained my account as a eschew-like fund which they paid my creditors but which I could also withdraw form at any time; and has responded to all my questions and legal issues, with resolution, within 48 hours. The difference is day and night. Most important was the restoration of peace of mind and alleviation of stress. So, let this be a cautionary tale. Most of us who seek these services, solicited or unsolicited, are probably in a desperate situation as I was in. However, don’t trust these guys because they are predatory. Consider yourself warned. No need for apologies and sorry from ROCKWELL LEGAL, which has accompanied these other testimonies. They are also artificial.
Frustrated
Mar 14,2019To be honest I am frustrated with the company. I gave it excellent because every once in a while I get a person on the phone that actually cares and wants to make sure you get what you need done. I didn't write a review right away because I was waiting for the actions to be taken and nothing has been done. Diamond Rodriguez, is a rep that cares. Takes her time and does what she can to help. It is unfortunate that the entire company isn't the same. My 5 stars is for Diamond. Maybe one day the company will do the same.

Mar 10,2019Have paid over $10,000 to this company. Some accounts settled, but many still not settled after a year and three months. Two lawsuits filed against me, one of them settled for the amount I owed, negotiation not successful byRockwell. Have emailed all week requesting status on second lawsuit - NO RESPONSE. After losing my husband and a good paying job leaving me to take a job at a lower salary, I was assured by Rockwell they would help me clean up my bills. I’m worse off now with terrible credit and two lawsuits. Depressed beyond words.

Mar 09,2019Terrible experience. After a year of trying to work with these people they failed to even reply to a summons which lead to a failure to appear and me oweing more money than when I started. MY LEGAL REPRESENTATION GOT ME SUED! Avoid at all costs!

Mar 08,2019I am waiting to see some sort of response from Rockwell, i invested more than 3800.00 and from my checking until something is shown to me that there serious abou tanything, I was summoned yesterday to appear in court in April? How embarassing, they told me this was the first card to be dealt with, I'm at my wits end of not knowing what to do. Angela has been very assuring. I hope these people didn't take advantage of a handicapped person? Made myself sick over this. I finally ot a hold of them this afternoon, what a wait? I have expressed my concern, and waiting to see what happens.

Feb 22,2019I have been with them since June of 2018. I was recently summoned a lawsuit with one of my creditors. I have reached out to Rockwell and I have gotten no response. I am very worried. I have had a lot of health issues and I don't need to add to my problems

Feb 17,2019Since my last partial, positive review of Rockwell Legal Group, I am holding back any further compliments. The reason for my decision,is based on the fact, that I am PATIENTLY waiting for assistance on the very urgent settling of one of my Accounts. Two weeks ago, I was served a Summons and Complaint that I was being SUED by one of my Creditors. What is shocking to me, is that Rockwell doesn't even know what is happening !! What the HELL are we paying them for ? I have been with Rockwell for almost a year, and they have only settled two of my Accounts. I have been very stressed about being sued and constantly worrying. THEY are suppose to alleviate all of this negative "crap." As I read other Client's reviews, I can identify with their disgust. That being said, I want Rockwell to know, that I have a PLAN to back me up, if I don't see results in the next few days, I have MY ATTORNEY "standing in the wings." If the outcome with Rockwell is positive on my behalf, then I will "sing their praises.

Feb 12,2019SCAMMERS!!!! I HAVE PAID ALMOST $7500.00 ONLY TO RECEIVE A PHONE CALL A FEW MONTHS INTO THE PROGRAM ASKING FOR MORE MONEY!! I STOPPED PAYMENTS BECAUSE I DIDN'T FEEL RIGHT!!! I NOW FIND OUT THAT OF THAT $7500.00 ROCKWELL LEGAL GROUP STOLE OVER $5000.00 FOR THEMSELVES!!! REALLY!!!??? PROGRAM RELATED FEES!!!???? AND ONLY 1 OF THE 8 or 10 ACCOUNTS WAS SETTLED???!!!! WE ARE VULNERABLE AND THESE CROOKS ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF US!!!! RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!! I STOPPED MAKING PAYMENTS TO MY CREDITORS ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THESE PEOPLE AND NOW I'M ON MY OWN!!!!???? I ONLY HAVE $1300.00 LEFT!!!???? CROOKS!!!! THIEVES!!! SCAMMERS!!!! I NOW HAVE TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY TO TRY AND RECOVER AT LEAST SOME OF THAT MONEY THEY STOLE!!!!

Feb 06,2019Run!! Use any company but this one. I have been with them just over a year, worst decision I ever made. I'm going to court over an overdue account that is supposed to being taken care of by this firm. I let them know I had a court date in October, I gave them the law firm & asked them to contact them on my behalf. That law firm was never contacted, November comes for another court date with that same law firm - still no contact from Rockwell. Even after I told them if I have to miss work to go to this court date, there is a great chance of be being fired for missing a mandatory work date. Rockwell didn't care.I went to he court for that date, I was suspended 10 days pending a termination review. Luckily I did not get fired, Called in emailed in - still no response from Rockwell. Now we are in February for the what I hope is the last court date for this matter, and NO NOT one response to the law firm or me - other then we left a message for ligation team from Rockwell to contact me. Whenever you call and ask to speak to someone other than a customer service rep, you are put on hold & then told you will get a call back - except you never get that call back. EVER!! I think the way they make money is promising you everything they will do, knowing you are going to get frustrated beyond belief & cancel out wanting a refund. After reading these comments (which I wish I would've done prior to signing up) you will never get a full refund due to the so called amount of work they did on your behalf. Forget about asking what they are doing for you, or a breakdown of any charges to your account - will never see it. So my advice turn & run as fast as you can - to any firm beside this one.

Jan 29,2019In general, I am very grateful to the Rockwell Legal Group for helping me manage and whittle down my debt. Usually, it is a "no fuss, no muss" process. I am, however, displeased by the recent experience of their suggesting to me that I take on payment, myself, for one of these debts, which is already in their care. I don't understand why I would pay them x-number of dollars a month to pay off my debts AND pay off one of them myself. That, however, has been my only somewhat negative experience with them.

Jan 29,2019They are ok people to work with but I had a problem once with my funds and it was sent back to me and I called them and scheduled a new time for my money to be taken out and on my regular day too. They never took out the money on the new scheduled day so now my account is still in active because of there screw up
