May 21,2019Rockwell Group contacted me 13 months ago, they find me and got me into stop paying my creditor Bank of America, after RAM pull $8200 from my Bank account, they have not even contact my creditor I decide to cancel with them, and I ask for a refund and they send only 24% of the money, with they claim to charge me $6000 for their service, they never contact my creditor, I arrange a settlement with my creditor by myself,, Do not give your money to this crooks. trust in Rockwell Group is the worst thing that I have ever done,

I would love it if she were the person I could speak to at all times. But in fairness every representative I've spoken with has been cordial .

May 17,2019I would like to commend Crystal Moye for taking time to explain the most current offer made to settle one of my accounts. She explained the options clearly, but they were all out of my current financial reach. I think she could hear in my voice the rising concern (panic?) I was feeling when she presented the offers. She reassured me that Rockwell Legal Group would do all that is possible to assist me. She left me feeling more confident in my choice of having Rockwell handle the negotiations.

May 16,2019The wait time is just too long. I understand during this time and age there are millions of people trying to refinance. In this scenario, a few more representatives would be nice. Once I got through, the person I spoke to was very helpful. It's the wait time.

May 13,2019I recently spoke with a representative named Crystal Moye about my credit accounts and progress with debt consolidation and payment with Rockwell Legal Group. She clearly and succinctly updated me on my 4 accounts and let me know that the first one has been successfully paid off and closed. I am still on track for my 2021 fulfillment date and it is a relief to know that they took care of my first account within 1 year of my 3 year program. It is uncomfortable to get notices from your credit companies, but you have to trust that the lawyers know what they're doing and can't reassure you with hand-holding every other day (because they're busy). Crystal Moye was nice, intelligent, and made me feel comfortable with my check up. I am over a year and a few months into my program, and I am excited and cofnident about being debt free from the financial mistakes of my 20's.

May 09,2019Rockwell Legal Group has been honest with me about my financial situation and their ability to help from the beginning. It was a scary process, but they reassured me along the way and did come through with lowering my debt on two big loans by 1/2. I financed the payment through Versara Loan Company which was offered to me 6 months or so into the process. If you are reading this you are in the same situation that I was in, so I understand the pressure you feel. I read reviews that said Rockwell were crooks, but I can assure you that they are not. The legal services they provided protected me and their ability to negotiate my debt was amazing. So, if you are considering using Rockwell Legal Groups services I recommend it. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and understanding. Jack was the one that really worked on my case and made it happen! Thank-you, Jack! Becky

May 09,2019I contacted Rockwell Legal Group soon after I received a summons from the Knox County Ohio court this morning..a young man pounding on my door before 8 am scaring me half to death...I immediately emailed copies of every page to Rockwell and followed up immediately with Rockwell...I was fortunate because a very accommodating young man named LYLE WILLIAMS answered my call...Lyle immediately realized how upset I was as I proceeded to tell him what had happened...He asked that I send him copies of the summons and it didn't take him long to seek an answer and bring the case to a conclusion with me accepting the details of the case...I am so relieved that LYLE answered the phone, that he really cared and that he followed through as he had promised...It gives me great faith that ROCKWELL LEGAL GROUP is really looking out for my best interest. I believe they settled for a very fair amount and I am very pleased. Happy to praise Lyle Williams for a very successful conclusion and a very happy client of Rockwell Legal Group.

Apr 16,2019I turned my credit cards over to this company in January 2018 and I have tried on numerous occasions to get someone to call me and explain to me what is going on and they refused to have somebody do that yet I have contacted RAM now and plan on having them give me back the money that I have in there and stop taking it out because these people are crooks they’re just not doing what they say they were going to do. PLEASE just don’t have any thing to do with this company.
