Jun 27,2019To start i didnt call an attorney with the group called me. Over two months ago an attorney from the group called told me that an agreement had been arranged with American Express called Rockwell for monthly check in following month, they knew nothing about this agreement. Rep gave me the attorneys name and phone number for me to call and see what was going on. Called it was a wrong number. Call Rockwell back the rep couldn't get a hold of her. Said that they would contact her evidently they didnt, noone seems to know anything about this arrangement.

Jun 26,2019It cannot be any more stressful and disheartening when you are faced with overwhelming debt sometimes in life, there is nothing that feels good about overcommitting because life happens and you do you best to try to smooth over the times of lack. When making the decision to restructure I do believe we went with the best company, who makes the best out of an unpleasant situation. The credit takes a hit, but it was taking a hit anyway due to missed payment and rising debt. Bankruptcy is always an option, but negotiating with your creditors and paying off the debt over four years is another option! Bankruptcy has its upsides in that the debt get thrown out completely (most times) but it follows you around much longer. Working with Rockwell has been nothing but pleasant, their team of professionals are friendly and do great work! It feels nice to hire people to help you make a come back to financial health!

Jun 25,2019In the beginning I was overloaded with stress due to conditions beyond my control. I was skeptical to say the least but desperate enough to take a chance and I'm glad I did with Rockwell! A year later almost to the day. I am happy to report that my debts have been settled with a loan company that works with Rockwell and my credit score is being restored. Be patient, be consistent with your payments and you will see the light at the end of the tunnel as well. Thanks again Rockwell Legal Group!

She rushed through everything and when I told her I didn’t understand and that she went to fast she got annoyed and asked what would I like her to do. I understand you all have a lot of phones to answer but when I call it’s because I genuinely need an answer or advice on what to do not talked down too.

Jun 02,2019I got Great “ Rep “ Customer service person when I got through and the program was explained a lot better after being in it for almost a year I had concerns about how long it was going to take to remedy my situation and the customer service rep explain the process a lot better than I initially thought how the program worked I was under a misconception that things would go faster.But in all fairness they sure deliver what they promise and I’m glad I signed up for the program and I would refer others with a bit more explanation about the process great service thank you Glen
