Dec 11,2020I was looking at Roller garage doors several months ago and contacted RDC. Owing to a family illness we had to put the job on hold. So I contacted RDC to explain and true to their word they didn’t try to contact me or hassle for a quick sale as I had not made up my mind and continued to get other quotes. When we decided I contacted RDC the price was the same and we were given a convenient date as soon as I paid the deposit. The 2 footers were absolutely excellent and simply explained where they could fit the door. The job was completely professionally and all debris cleared up. Fantastic job! I would have no hesitation in recommending RDC and would be happy to demonstrate our garage door to anyone in our area. So in conclusion, well done to all the colleagues at RDC! You made to whole process extremely easy and we have a lovely new garage door at an excellent price!

Dec 11,2020I had my electric garage door fitted on the day stated by two very competent men . I didn’t wait long for installation either. The price was good and they removed the old door and left it clean and tidy.

Dec 11,2020Had my garage door replaced today by RDC. The young chaps who fitted the door are a credit to your company. They did a great job and left the place spotless when they had completed. Garage door looks and operates great. No hassle good company to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Dec 08,2020Every single aspect of dealing with this company has been excellent - from discussions on the phone to fitting. Great couple of lads turned up, were very polite, and tidied up when they left. Quality of the garage is spot on too. Couldn’t recommend them more. Fantastic job !!

Dec 08,2020From my initial contact with RDC and having the door installed everything was almost perfect. However, I ordered the door with a manual over ride, which was explained as to how this works, at the time of ordering. But the installer had not been given this detail. He is coming back in a couple of weeks to complete the work. Other than that the door looks good. The operation was very clearly explained to me, by Dan. I would definitely recommend this company to others. CJ

Dec 07,2020Dealing with RDC from my initial enquiry to the final installation on Friday has been a pleasure. Very easy to communicate with and always professional. The installation took place on the day agreed and despite the horrendous weather the fitters have made an excellent job. I was slightly concerned at not using a locally based company but I feel very comfortable with my decision. I would definitely recommend them

Nov 30,2020At first I thought it sounded dodgey with the money up front via BACS but I rang them up and they happily took a deposit over the phone to secure my deal and then paid the balance on installation. Door is amazing, works well and has a good range. Safety features are great as well. Thanks RDC

Nov 29,2020Had a wine red colour roller door fitted last week. The fitters turned up at 8am on the dot, very polite and professional. When they left,apart from my lovely well fitted door, you would of never known they had been there. So chuffed, would definitely recommend this company.

Nov 26,2020Six and a half weeks after install, not as impressed as I first was, look good and insulated slats ok but wind drives in over the top of the doors nullifying the insulation, the inside cover was only half fitted so you could not only see up into the roller but anything could fly up into the roller, I don’t know if this is what happened but now it has broken, jammed wide open. I know we have the problem of COVID and I appreciate it has brought problems, but to be told that they cannot get anyone to me for nine days is totally unacceptable if someone came and helped themselves to my tools etc I don’t think my insurance company would pay out and this company would not pay out either as they told me if I get a third party to do the repair they would not be liable for any costs, luckily my son and I are very practical, and managed carefully to unjam and lower the door, unfortunately we had no choice as i wasn’t prepared to leave the door wide open and i certainly wasn’t going to pay someone else to repair it only six and a half weeks after install so no not at all impressed. We were also supposed to receive another set of fobs but are still waiting for them... I hope this review doesn’t impact their business but the truth is the truth.

Nov 25,2020We have had the door fitted just over an hour ago it has been used twice and has failed our garage is not safe now for the night !!!! And the after service care number won’t connect. So far an appalling experience

Nov 23,2020I wasn’t to sure with the add online and pay upfront but after speaking with the company they said it could be a deposit, I paid then waited for the fitting day and the team came explained what they would do and got on . The roller door is fantastic, and the fitters done a neat tidy great job we are very happy with the whole job thanks again ,D&R King

Nov 18,2020The doors look fantastic. Sam, the engineer who fitted them, did a really great job. Everything was left very neat a tidy with all the mess taken away. The doors and mechanism are very high quality and look and work beautifully. No more painting required either. I would highly recommend R.D.C. to anyone thinking of new garage doors.

Dec 12,2020From the first email for price to the aftercare...first class service in all areas Very quick at replying and answering any queries I must have spoken to 20+ door companies as my fit was not standard in any way I was assisted with no sales presure and assured that it would all work The fitters were excellent arriving on time in horrendous rain...that did not pit them of completing a marvellous install that I am delighted with And the huge bonus The cheapest install I could find by a mile Highly recommend Fitting date 4th Dec 2020 5 star to all involved Thank you
