Feb 26,2025I am a 70 year old and don’t do DIY. I ordered Itzala blinds. Sherifa and colleague helped explain the fitting to me over phone and sent a helpful video. Once I had completed the first blind it was quite easy to do the rest. The blinds are lovely and I’m so pleased with this company. A very worthy 5 star rating from me! Colin.Manchester.

Feb 24,2025Product does not match exactly what was described on the website. ( no guide rails or spare sets of hooks) managed to sort this out before purchasing by repeatedly asking the right questions. Carrier performance (parcel force) awful.

Feb 24,2025I think if I'd have seen reviews I'd have thought twice about that ordering. I too have have bad experience with delivery. Courier suppose to deliver but by time we answered door ( we live in secure apartment) the delivery person had left. No note to say when they coming again or leaving parcel. Still haven't received blind. Very poor.

Feb 22,2025Had been looking for a certain blind for a long time and when we found them on roof blinds we brought them blindly just hoping all would be well.... we we're told it would take 10 days as they were being shipped from Europe. Arrived in 4 days, well packed. And now hanging up in are attic. I don't like to say highly recommend, but we had a very positive experience using this company.
