Oct 15,2024The driver called to say he was outside and he wasn't. I could see from the top floor of my place. He was at the bus stop, not the road itself. Kept talking over me and when I tried to get him to listen, he hung on me while I was still talking. My partner got in and told the guy that he hung up on me. He first denied it, kept talking and then flippantly said sorry. It's rude and unacceptable. I've come across rude drivers before from Royal Cars and now I'm just sick of it. Wouldn't recommend anyone to use this service.

Oct 13,2024Driver take a long route to the address. For the Phipps road he has to take cowley road but he take me the route from iffley road. He drop me 2 street down from my destination and he’s saying did you enter the wight post code. This is unprofessional

Oct 02,2024The taxi driver was patronising and rude. My cello wouldn’t fit in the back so he said it would be a £5 excess luggage charge, which I’ve never been charged when travelling with my cello before. He then suggested that we could order an estate car which wouldn’t incur the charge, so we did that. Royal cars then rang me and told me that estate cars are an extra £5 anyway. It would’ve been so easy for him to be a tiny bit flexible and helpful, but he was totally unaccommodating.
