Sep 24,2015I ordered a black and white rug from RugPal based on the photo on their website. When the rug arrived it was Blue and White! I took a picture of it compared to a black and white towel I had and sent it to the company with an email describing what I received. They emailed me back immediately and asked that I take a picture of the tag and send it to them. Then they were back to me same day to arrange a pick up and describe how to package the rug for pick up. The customer service rep then went onto their site and found three or four other choices in the relative price range for me to choose from if I wanted to order another rug. That saved me a lot of time! I ordered another rug, it ended up costing me $19.00 more, but again free shipping. I would highly recommend buying merchandise from RugPal based on my experience.

Sep 17,2015I was in need of a square indoor/outdoor rug and found what I needed on two different websites, one being RugPal. The one on RugPal was a little more so I asked if they would price match. They got back to me quickly and said yes, they would be happy to do so. A young man named Kevin told me he had altered the price of the rug in my cart to reflect the new price and told me what to do to complete my transaction. I kept messing it all up and he was vo very patient with me until I had completed my order. I really appreciated how patient he was and hope that now in their call center there is not a sign that says 'If you get an email from Linda run!'.;0) If all of their people are like Kevin you too will find doing business with them worthy of 5 stars!

Sep 02,2015I was a little worried about ordering a rug online because it is hard to see an accurate picture of color, texture, etc. The rug I received is gorgeous. It is the perfect color, perfect size, and perfect texture. I would order again without hesitation!
