Oct 21,2015The carpets came quickly and look exactly like the picture. I had a hard time finding what I needed due to the fact the foyer is next to the dining room so I needed the rugs to either match or coordinate. We have had the dining room rug a long time so I searched for a place that carried the same make and design. You were the only place and the price was really reasonable. Love my new rugs.

Oct 08,2015I have ordered from Rugpal before and was pleased with easy returns and quality of product. Those 2 things is what brought me back to shop. My only constructive criticism would be this: when I'm searching and like a product I purchase it and then review the items in the shopping cart. The problem is the pictures are too small. I would love to see larger pictures to help narrow the decision when choosing a rug. Thanks

Oct 08,2015Very pleased with the 8' runner that arrived today- hoped it would work in the hallway but it didn't;however, it worked perfectly in the kitchen. Great quality at an affordable price! Will be spending more time trying to find a better fit for the hallway.

Oct 05,2015this is a very nice quality rug, perfect colors, great backing and thickness. Color is exactly the same as photo. It's really not yellow, but chartreuse. We bought it to match lime/neon green accents in my son's room and it was perfect.

Oct 03,2015I so please to find this runner. I must have filled out the info for delivery backwards. The morning after the previous afternoon when I ordered the runner online, I got a call from a nice lady from Rug Pal. She clarified the physical address and said the rug could not be delivered to PO Box. Then, I received an e mail shipping confirmation. It clearly stated the rug had shipped and would be delivered to PO Box. So, I am confused about that. Still hoping to get the rug soon; since the picture w/the shipping confirmation showed it was exactly what I wanted and ordered.
