He was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. We were extremely happy with the deal we got. His expertise was a big factor in enabling us to make the order. He also gave us all the options and advice to ensure that we got the best deal and value for our money. He is an absolute star and a big asset to his company. From initial phone call contact through a visit, ordering swatches and placing an order Laura was extremely helpful - we didn't feel any pressure but she was there to answer queries and progress what we needed. We were also really impressed with the store and its stock (after visiting several large national stores without finding anything).

She was really helpful, printing off measurements so we could go home and measure to see if it fit, sending off for fabric samples to see how it matched curtains and carpets, showing us alternatives etc. Jackie was really patient and we ended up very pleased with our purchase. We will certainly be back next time we need more furniture
