Jun 13,2024I have spoken to Jamie to secure my place and it went smoothly. Hopefully everything goes well until I get back my stored item in September. Very well lead by the consultant and will be happy to talk to him again when I have to store my belongings in the future.

Jun 13,2024Had a bad experience with these companies they have poor communication skills and make a stressful situation worse. Ended up costing me thousands of pounds in delays of missing deadline's and them not being understanding of my needs. Just want to get stuff in but they delay you further. A guy put the phone down on me when I told him I couldn't talk as I was using the WC. They call you in the early hours like 8AM after you reserve online they don't give you the deal that is quoted to you. And they bombard you with calls everyday as if to turn you insane. Finally ended up using my car as a storage solution not the beat idea but had no choice.
