May 18,2024Great facility in Winchester…. I have been a customer of SafeStore Winchester now for almost 12 months. The staff are always approachable, professional and extremely helpful. As my stay comes to an end I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others and perhaps one day I will be back at the facility. They don’t offer 24hr service like some others, but that means the facility is always manned for added piece of mind. Inside is always clean, tidy, and well maintained.

May 20,2024I booked a space and paid for it, but never used it. I have filled a cancelation form, almost immediately after paying, as I no longer needed the space. I made my initial booking on the 24 April, but its nearly a month now, and I am still waiting for my refund. I keep being told that my refund will take place on a Thursday - this was two Thursdays ago. As for the manager of the store, I never heard back from, they wouldn't speak to me directly and they wouldn't reply to my emails. This is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional and have not been handled with the professionalism a company like this should have. Overall my case is giving a bad name to the company as it speak of their inadequacy to handle such a simple request. And I am still waiting...
