Jul 11,2024I needed a storage unit for my huge collection of cookbooks and other household items and I received astounding service from Junior Aminu. It took only minutes to set up the rental agreement and he was so knowledgeable about the size of unit that was required. If only everyone was so great at customer service.

Jul 06,2024DO NOT USE SAFESTORE I rented a storage unit, in February, and was told that i could not get an NHS discount and a long term discount on the same rental so i opted for what i thought was NHS discount i even provided my ID, now when i tried to close my account i am being told that i am in a long term contract and cannot leave until January 2025, this does not say this in the contract i signed and now i am trying to close my contract, all the staff do is say we told you this and ont the phone , as if thats legal and binding which makes it my word against theirs, i have seen other reviews and similar issues are occuring, DO NOT USE safestore they are very unprofessional, i will update the outcome of my complaint on here
