Adam Kahin called me and he asked all of my questions clearly and shortly afterwards sent me an email with all the information I needed. He tried to understand my situation and my needs, tailoring the service to me specifically. I'm very happy with the conversation and the service.

As well as being a pleasure to talk to, she was completely efficient and professional; she explained everything I needed to know from her side without any prompting from me, and did great work in identifying the size of unit that would be best for me by asking well directed questions. My chat with Ally was one of the best telephone customer service experiences I've ever had; she's a glowing credit to the company she works for.

I rent a unit from them and I got quoted £133 per month and now after a letter saying that they changed the name of the insurance but failed to tell me they up the rent by £13. Then when I told them that I can no longer afford the unit they said I need to pay till the end of the contract up front. That was over £1000. That as I am struggling financially I couldn't pay so they forced me to stay. Also when I hot the unit I got told that I could upgrade or downgrade. But when I wanted to they said I couldn't. This is the worst storage company ever, they are not accommodating and lie to you all the time. I would NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A UNIT as they are nothing but trouble.

Feb 09,2024Well what can I say about these guys at Safestore Ruislip, they are great, Marcus and his team, Ali and Omarion were very Veryan helpful, they helped us with our storage, they listened to our needs and showed us some units, we needed a unit on the ground floor and they really excelled themselves. We'll done boys, will definitely be recommending you to our family and friends!
