Mar 06,2024I completed the online form and the next day I received a call. The caller wasn't pushy and he was very informative. We rang again to book our requirements and again spoke with the same man Jamie Mcdonald, he booked everything for us. Very easy to set up and the price was good.

Special shout-out to my phone agent Anas Ali who explained everything very well (invaluable to me as a new customer) and was very polite and helpful, making the process painless and enjoyable.

Feb 27,2024James “the store manager” and James “the sales consultant” were both super friendly and precessional. We rented the 75 square feet unit and the procedure was very simple and very fast. We were also price matched to local units. Very happy with the service this branch has provided. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I was taken to the storage unit and shown where it was and where there was a trolley to help me move my stuff. I have a 25ft unit which is enough to store a studio flats worth of stuff in. Would definitely recommend.

Feb 24,2024Ironically I ended up not using Safestore Guildford but that's partly the reason I'm writing this review. They were keen to have the business, quick to respond to my enquiry, very competitive indeed on price and basically did everything correctly. We received the paperwork quickly and all was as discussed but at the 11th hour we very unexpectedly managed to sell a large quantity of the goods we planned to store and thus no longer required the unit. Luke, who we dealt with, was professional throughout the whole interaction, even taking the news of the cancellation very courteously. Will be calling them first on the next occasion we need to upgrade or change our storage facility.
