Mar 13,2024shocking service agreed a payment date each month they tried to take before payment date and when i ring to speak all that was said is we are now adding charges for late payment etc to top it off they have increased my monthly invoice by £40 with no reason behind this as a signed to a agreed rate there is limited access even tho at first they said out of hours access was possible i would stay away from winchester safe store at all costs there’s more cost effective storage in the area with 24 hr access

Mar 12,2024I may not have been the easiest of customers as I had lots of questions, but nothing seemed like too much trouble for Aleks. What a credit to the team! Excellent communication, very responsive and unbelievably polite. He made the whole process much easier and was a real star for dealing with my endless emails and enquiries. I honestly can't thank him enough for making what could have been a stressful process of booking just a breeze. Storage space is also clean and well centered. I can't wait to start utilising this.

Mar 11,2024We have moved our storage to across the road! When we initially booked our storage it was a very good experience! I did ring to try and negotiate another 6mths to 1year and when I spoke to your associate they increased the price and said that is the way it goes!
