We all know that.) Efleda was positively eloquent in her written answer: clear. concise, explicit - and most of all, answered my queries sensitively and COMPLETELY - even anticipating what my follow-up question would be. She took her time and didn't just dash off an automatic reply. You feel like you're talking to a real human being WHO KNOWS HER STUFF! Literally all the reviews are about the customer service which is apparently very good. However, there is literally not 1 review that states that the product actually does what it promises. So cool that the service is good but the product doesn't work for me. Been using it for 3 months now and see 0 progress (not even in less hair loss). So again cool that you guys have great customer service but really ridiculous that the good total review is based entirely on this. While paying a lot of money for a not working product (at least for me and so it seems for a lot of others since nobody recommends the product based on their own experience).

I should have read the reviews first, before placing my order. This product was referred to me by a friend who has heard about it but has not tried out the product. She thought I might be interested because my hair is thinning due to stress. Oh boy! What an ordeal dealing with customer service that adds more stress to my life. I put in a wrong delivery address but couldn't modify it on the website. I contacted the company via email to have it corrected. After 20+ email exchanges, the address is STILL wrong. Whoever worked on making the change pays no attention to detail. The full address was given both on my account and on emails multiple times and yet they STILL can't get it right. Finally, out of frustration, I cancelled my order. I have not heard back from them since regarding confirmation of my cancellation or refund. Nothing!!! They probably use A.I. to respond to emails. I tried calling their phone number listed +45 70 60 57 35 and +45 70 60 57 08. No one answers my call. There's a recording that says - "You are first in line" for more than 45 minutes!! It's ridiculous! No one would want to deal with businesses like this. DO NOT PUT IN ANY ORDER OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Didn't use it yet, but the VAST MAJORITY of the reviews here is for good customer service? What about the product itself??? Does it work? Does it do what it promises???? Most importantly, DO THEY REFUND YOU IF DOES NOT GROW HAIR? ANYONE??? I'll be happy to delete this review if it works.

Excellent products & customer service! I notice my hair seems stronger and my scalp is more balanced. I don't know if I've noticed more hair growth per se, but my hair does seem stronger.

With this product, you will only see results in the first 6 months; nothing improves. you spent having the hope to improve but nothing changed. And to that, you have problems with the delivery at your places; due to cheaper transport. sometimes it takes 2 Weeks to deliver the product.
