I have used it now over a month. I have the microneedeling roller, the serum and supplements. I didn’t experience any less hair loss in my brush and I don’t see any difference to be completely honest. Very disappointing for that money.

Where are the reviews about the product itself? All these reviews are about customer service. Very suspect. Nothing about the actual products. I would steer clear.

I have truly never written a review before but this product has made such a positive difference to my hair. I am about to start the third bottle of shampoo, I also follow religiously the three step routine-shampoo, conditioner and finally serum. I would say that I really started to notice the decrease in hair loss about 2-3 weeks ago. My hair is now also looking fuller and healthier. As a result of this my mental health has also improved, a greater positive outlook. I have tried many high profile shampoos but this is the only one that has given me any results, all good. My thanks also to Angela on the team, her help and advice has been invaluable. Please give it a go and be patient, it will work.
I ordered some vitamin supplement from company the 5th August , around the 12 as had not arrived yet I contacted customer service . Denise and Frances replied promptly and with sympathy.I went on holidays 3 days later , still no delivery . 8 days away and when back still no delivery, contacted customer services again . Denise and Frances replied again promptly and sent me and immediate, free product and delivery. That was nice but I definitely think that this needs to be sorted . The product needs to be taken for 20 weeks and with this gap need to start again

Sep 05,2024I complained about the missing parcel and Denise Blanco responded straight away and sorted it out. The very next day I got email saying that my products are out for delivery. I m really happy with this customer service and really appreciate Denise.
