Angela gave me an alternative to returning my hair products, I still believe when a customer feels that a product is not helping them and wants a full refund for unused products,that should be honored. The gauntlet you set up for a customer to qualify for a full refund was unfriendly and disrespectful. Regardless of how you feel your product will perform, it is not for everyone!
