Specifically, I ordered it to be delivered to Stockholm when I was there on business, but then needed the package to be re-routed to my home in Toronto, Canada. I offered to pay for the shipping, but Francis and the company forwarded the package to me free of charge. This experience has made me a loyal customer and I am now very eager to recommend Scandinavian Biolabs to my friends!

Aug 13,2024As a first time user,I had some problems with the shipment, but I would just like to say the whole team is amazing (especially Romina M.): they offered me an answer almost instantly after sending them an email, and made sure I received my package in no time (and with daily updates that I didn’t even ask for!) I still don’t know about the products, as i am just about to start using them. But the first impression, given that the team is that responsive and kind, is that they are very professional, and that makes me even more excited for the treatment itself.

Aug 11,2024I’ve been using Scandinavian biolabs for a long time and never have any problems with my orders but on one occasion a bottle in my order was broken. I contacted customer services and a lady called Denise Blanco helped me with my problem. She was brilliant as resolving my issues without any fuss. This gives me more confidence to continue using products with this company, as the customer service is excellent. Thank you again Denise! In respect of product performance- I’ve never used anything that I don’t like from this company. The hair mask is up there with one of the best I’ve used and the shampoo and conditioner make my hair feel healthier than others that I’ve tried. It’s hard for me to say whether the serum has made much difference as I’ve been doing multiple things to improve the health of my hair. It’s no miracle worker but the company never profess it to be. I just like the fact that I am providing nourishment to my hair so continue to use it (I’m 9 months in) but I’ve not all of a sudden got bountiful hair. Given it only grows about 1cm a month though - I didn’t expect to have! All in all - i recommend these products and the company is brilliant

Aug 09,2024I had high hopes when I made my purchases from this company as they were listed tops when I searched for solutions to hair loss. However, it did not work for me and I seemed to lose hair more quickly when I started using their product. I continued for a few months as I hoped it would start to improve with time. Unfortunately it did not work for me. I can only assume that it was too late in my case and I wish I had discovered their product sooner as it may be just too late for help in my case Although extremely disappointed that it does not work for me, they have arranged for the money that I spent will be refunded which is little comfort but they are a company that go out of their way to ensure that their customers receive good service.

Aug 09,2024I used the full package, Shampoo, Conditioner, Serum, Tablets and Hair roller for around 9 months, with no beneficial outcome. Not a criticism of the product, but it simply didn't work for me.

Aug 15,2024Dårlig service. Har skrevet til dem på en kontaktformular, idet jeg ikke rigtig mærkede nogen effekt af deres produkt. Da der ikke kom noget svar, så skrev jeg en mail. Efter denne anmeldelse lykkedes dem at finde min kontaktformular og jeg fik svar. Jeg prøvede produktet i 6 mdr og tog billede hver måned. Ingen effekt. Jeg måtte til sidst stoppe, idet det skabte irritation og sår i min pande fra sved der løb ned fra hårbunden.
