Aug 05,2024Scannero gaukelt vor, das Handy finden zu können. Dazu gibt man die Telefonnummer ein. Vor der Angabe des Standorts soll man 1,14 € bezahlen. Dazu muss man ein Visakartkonto mit Karten- und Sicherheitsnummer angeben und schon ist das Geld abgebucht. Eine Leistung dafür erhält man aber nicht. Am nächsten Tag erfährt man, dass man ein Abo abgeschlossen hat-für monatlich 38,90 €. Das könne man fristgerecht zum nächsten Monat stornieren. Als ich das sofort stornieren wollte, erhielt ich nur noch Antworten auf englisch - vollig missverständliche: "Wir bedauern, dass Sie nicht bezahlen konnten, versuchen Sie es bitte noch einmal..." "Sie haben die Möglichkeit, das Abo bis zum Ende des Monats abzubestellen". Mitlerweile waren nun auch die 38,90 € abgebucht. Zur Sicherheit habe ich nun eine neue Visakarte beantragt. Die Lastschriften wurden mir nicht zurückerstattet. Scannero betrügt seine Kunden.

Aug 05,2024I wish I had read the reviews to avoid getting robbed. I paid for the trial which was £0.84 but I was charged an extra £28.46. When I asked for refund they refused. To make the matters worse I did not even get the services I paid for. PLEASE PLEASE, AVOID THEM!!!!

Aug 04,2024I selected a trial version of the services, got charged 1euro and straight another 20 euros. On the very next day got charged another 50 euros without authorization. Have sent a request to customer service and nothing. If no reply by tommorow, will reach out to my ombudsman on consumer protection and law enforcement. Also will reach out to Google for them to mark the portal as fraudulent. Edit: issue had been resolved quickly via scannero customer support. I received a refund and account sorted. Therefore cannot state deception or abuse.

Aug 02,2024Same experience as others! I signed up for a one day sweep to find my phone. Today they've taken £42 from my account. Their terms and conditions are not transparent! In my opinion they should be closed down! What a s--t show!

Aug 01,2024Ahhhh my experience echoes others' below. I thought i had paid 80p to get a "ping" to find a phone. I did not get any service at all from this company and no assistance to find the phone. I did not agree to a subscription or to an account with this company. I accepted i had wasted the 80pence but could live with that. Then today, my credit card company message me about potential fraud and low and behold this company have taken £42.22 from my account for a service I did not agree to no want. This is classic scammers and fraudulent transactions. I wish I had read these reviews before I clicked on the link.

Jul 31,2024Complete scam. Signed up for the 1 day trial for 0.76p then they’ve since been charging me £42.22 monthly without consent. I’ve tried to cancel whatever subscription they say I have but seeing I never made an account or signed up for anything officially they won’t cancel the payments either. Complete crooks. If I could give zero stars I would. Wish I read these reviews before. Refund me

Jul 30,2024Es ist eine bodenlose Frechheit was hier einem vorgegaukelt wird. Wollten ein verlorenes Handy für 1,14 € orten, was aber nicht funktioniert hat. Am nächsten Tag wurden 41,26 € abgebucht ohne das ich einen Vertrag abgeschlossen habe. Nun wird behauptet ich hätte ein Abo abgeschlossen. Die eigentliche Leistung wurde nicht einmal erbracht und nun buchen die willkürlich von der Kreditkarte ab. Keine Widerrufsbelehrung, nichts dergleichen. Es ist eine absolute Abzocke. Wäre dies ein seriöses Unternehmen würden Sie den Betrag retournieren. Die Leben nur von dieser Masche. Arme Menschheit. Ich gebe es nun einem Anwalt. Sowas geht gar nicht. Update: Mir wurden 50 % des Betrages angeboten. Habe den Betrag bei meiner Kreditkartenbank reklamiert und siehe da....habe den Betrag zurück erhalten. Erspart den Menschen doch einfach den Ärger.

Jul 29,2024Total scammer, not scanner. I lost my mobile and Google offered this service, it would cost 89p to find phone. That's fair enough I thought. Next page is offering a monthly subscription I do not want and I stopped communicating. I never got a signal for my mobile and the next thing, Santander are alerting me to the fact they are trying to get 2 payments out of my account. What!?!! So thank you, Santander for stopping all payments, chatting to me and blocking these thieves. Truly such trickery, they should be ashamed of themselves. Oh and thanks to Google maps I found my mobile for free.

Jul 27,2024Esta página es un engaño. Te ofrecen un periodo de prueba pagando un dólar pero no funciona la pagina después con engaños te cargan 49,99 por el servicio de un mes. Y cuando reclamas te devuelvan el Dinero te ofrecen un mes gratis de acceso para compensarte. Por otro lado el servicio es también una mentira porque no pueden localizar el teléfono que buscas sino que ellos envían un link al teléfono que buscas pensando que el ladrón será tan ingenio en hacer click y enviar la ubicación. Evidentemente esta página es un robo
