I was one who did fall for it and in the first minute of installing it they tired to steal 3 different NOT so small sums of money out of my account. I had no choice but to go in and get a new card. They put theirselves that they are legit but NOT true!

Jul 20,2024Eigentlich keinen Stern. Wie soll ich etwas Orten, was verloren gegangen ist, wenn mein Handy erst einen Link akzeptieren muss. Das ist echt Lockung unter falschem Vorwand. Zusätzlich wurde aus einen geringen Betrag ein höherer. Ich hoffe die Kündigung hat jetzr auch so geklappt und ich bekomme keine weiteren Kosten

Jul 20,2024Hola, Compre la prueba de $990 y al otro día me descontaron $49.530 pesos de mi cuenta siendo que no autorice dicho pago, de hecho, ni siquiera intenté ocupar la aplicación puesto que me pareció sospechosa ya que leí malos comentarios en internet. No obstante, al escribirles al correo, recibí respuesta rápidamente y me explicaron que el pago mensual ($49.530) se activa de manera automática al comprar la prueba, y que para desactivarlo, yo debía ingresar a la página a cancelar dicho pago automático dentro de las 24 horas luego de haber comprado la prueba. En mi caso, como no hice uso de la prueba, exigí el reembolso y siempre me respondieron al correo ofreciéndome soluciones, hasta que finalmente me devolvieron la totalidad del dinero a mi cuenta. Con ello corroboré que la página es seria y aprendí que debo leer cada detalle al momento de aceptar los términos y condiciones de una página. Claro, la forma en que funciona el pago automático es beneficioso para ellos y perjudicial para quien no lee con detalle, pero finalmente es una quien acepta dichas condiciones. Me quedo tranquila con la devolución de mi dinero. Gracias.

ALSO WHEN GETTING THE TRIAL THEY FORCE YOU TO ACCEPT ADDITIONAL SERVICES YOU CANNOT UNSELECT. BE WARNED, THIER SERVICE WORKS BUT THEY WILL DRAIN YOUR ACCOUNT.

Nach einer schlechten Bewertung in Trustpilot, einer erneuten Problemschilderung wurde meine Kündigung akzeptiert und der Betrag von 38,90 Euro zurück überwiesen.

Jul 16,2024I should have researched on reviews for this company before signing up.. because the trial of complaints i see here makes it apparent this company does on purpose deceive people into automatic payment of a monthly subscription charge. I paid for an advertised trial subscription, and then suddenly got a bank alert of a 2nd payment for a monthly subscription. To top it off, the service didnt work, I know it didnt work because I did first use my number as test.. i received nothing from them. Again I realize i have no access to my account after a day despite haven been charged for a monthly subscription by this company..... such a deceitful service provider...

Jul 16,2024Wollte nur ein verlorenes Handy orten lassen. Angeblich für 1,30 Euro. Und schon habe ich angeblich 2 abo Verträge abgeschlossen und es wurden über 80 Euro abgebucht. Ein Betrug ohne gleichen. Es wurde zu Beginn versichert, dass es sich keinesfalls um ein abo handelt. Hab die Kreditkarte sperren lassen, aber die 80 Euro sind schon weg. Für ein Monat abo,dass ich nie genutzt habe. Erst kommt die Meldung, dass das Handy gefunden wurde, wenn man den Ort erfahren möchte,muss man Seiten auf englisch akzeptieren und schon ist man in der abo falle. Finger weg.

Jul 15,2024Einmal genutz für 1,02 € dann kamm die erste Abbuchung von 57,31€ ein Monat später wieder 57,31€. Habe jetzt Kreditkarte gespeert und Anzeige erstattet. Wenn ihr das auch erlebt gleich nach der ersten Abbuchung Karte sperren lassen , und sofort Anzeige wegen Betruges einleiten bei der Polizei.

Jul 14,2024Ich hatte gestern mein Handy verloren. Dachte genauso ich müsste 2 Euro zahlen. Heute eine Abbuchung über fast 60 Euro. Bis dahin kam keine Email von scannero. Ich hatte mich auch nicht angemeldet mit Anlegen eines Kontos. Heute auf passwort vergessen getippt um irgendwie in Erfahrung zu bringen was ich da abgeschlossen habe ohne es zu wissen. Tatsächlich bekam ich dann die erste Mail mit Passwortzurücksetzen link, oh Wunder ich habe ein Konto UND ein Abo! Ich konnte das kündigen und habe eine zweite Mail erhalten. Ich ärgere mich sehr, zumal ich der Meinung war alle angebotenen Dienste beim Bezahlvorgang ausgeklickt zu haben. Über die Abos und deren Preise ist auf der Webseite nichts zu finden. Ganz schön miese Abzocke!
