Jul 13,2024Ich kann über die Funktion des Dienstes nicht viel sagen was ich aber sagen kann, ist dass der Support sehr gut ist. Es gibt einen Punkt Abzug für die aus meiner Sicht etwas fragwürdige Kommunikation beim Versuch ein Probeabo abzuschließen. Hier wird mit ein paar Cent geworben aber dann aus meiner Sicht viel zu wenig darauf hingewiesen das durch das vermutlich fehlende setzen oder auch das nicht setzen eines Hackens doch erhebliche Mehrkosten entstehen. Welche aber nach einer Beschwerde auch anstandslos wieder zurück bezahlt wurden, daher auch 4 Sterne und einen Abzug für den Versuch. Dennoch der Hinweis, beim Versuch den Dienst zu testen ist extreme Vorsicht angesagt, sonst stehen schnell 40€ auf der Rechnung.

Jul 10,2024I would rate scannero.io about minus 5 if possible. I tried to sign up for the trial but was not able to complete it because I could not access my email without my phone. I was still charged for the trial that I never used and also for 1 month subscription which I did not sign up to. I have demanded a full refund and they are just antagonising and taunting me - Total bunch of Scammers. I read another review where a guy did not check his bank account for 3 months and had been scammed more than $5000 AUD by this lot - don't give them any private details or you will get scammed!!!! Upon checking back I see that there are some 'Customer' reviews raving about their service. Please note that these raving reviews are bogus and probably provided by the scammers themselves These scammers hide behind some software package, that many say does not work, in order to get your credit card details - then they go shopping on your account.

Jul 08,2024I authorised to pay only for one day trial, but additional $80 for a monthly subscription was charged to my credit card account, which I didn't wanted to buy neither to authorise to pay. They didn't inform anything about the monthly subscription, but charged $80 without my permission and/or agreement. This is totally scamming! Be careful.

Jul 03,2024So a few days back i bought the 24 hour trial for 0.87 cents and i checked later the other day i saw a unknown and unauthorized charge from my account on scannero it was 60.45 EUR or (60 euros and 45 cents) dont go on this website please its a total scam and i have no idea if they will refund the money because they are ghosting me

Jul 02,2024This company is a scam. I was fortunate in that my Bank refunded me but I had the inconvenience of having to cancel my credit card. They did the usual thing of taking a small amount on one day (only a bit over a dollar) and the larger amount and then a larger amount. It only stopped when the card was cancelled. The Bank tell me they are on their watch list in Australia 😞

Jul 02,2024This site is a scam ! There 24 hour trial you must pay for is not near close to 24 hours. They will bill you shortly after initial trial phase (way less than the supposed '24 hour trial'). Than when you try to contact them they will say they cannot find your email associated with your account( you don't get to set up account they just ask for cc info and your email). When. You contact them about the unauthorized subscription they charge you for they will than respond saying they cannot find your account and than ask for your cc details along with screen shot ( hoping you didn't save anything from transaction). If you did save info ( which I did - luckily) and send it to them. They proceed to ghost you and will not reply to your inqueries or emails. Been a week and still haven't heard from them. I feel like this company is total scam and prey on victims hoping they don't understand their rights or misread the info. Whole business ( if that's what you want to call it) is a SCAM. BEWARE and stay away from scannero aka SCAMerro
