Jun 27,2024Buenas tardes! Necesitaba escannear un número del que me habían estafado, y resulte doblemente estafada con la aplicación, se debitaron 800 pesos clp, pero al dia siguiente resultó ser 49530, contacté a soporte sin recibir respuesta aún, espero por favor una solución.

Although the initial communication was frustrating and unclear, their customer service team, particularly Thomas, handled my concerns professionally. After some persistence, I received a full refund. While the situation was inconvenient, I appreciate their willingness to resolve it fairly.

Stay away from this site, not only did I get the extra charge as I didn't untick the extras, the app did not work anyway, then 48hrs later I have had 3 international hits on my card one of the $5000. Lucky the fraud team picked them up, your card deets are not safe here.

At the time of using this Fruad App For the first time it shows only 1.19 ( One dollar 19 cents) for using this but next day they took 66.45 (66 dollars 45 cents) from my credit card with out my information. With in 2 minutes I have mail them I not satisfy ur App. So they don’t stop my subscription stole my Hardened money.

Jun 25,2024Para empezar pagué para que me localizaran dos números de teléfono, cosa que no consiguieron hacer. Después me cobraron una suscripción que no autoricé por un valor de 58.27€. Me he puesto en contacto con servicio técnico. Si no devuelven el dinero los denunciaré a la policía.

Jun 25,2024Des Voleurs!!!, le site dit un essaye de 2 semaines avec un payement 1,03€ et après y vous prélève un montant de 39,23 et 57,79 après plusieurs demande de résiliation toujours pas de réponse. Je vais commencer la procédure avec mon avocat si j’ai pas le remboursement !!!

Je demande juste d'être remboursé car je n'utilise absolument pas leurs services et je ne voulais tous simplement pas de leur services!!!
