Jan 21,2025Not only is their claim of helping the victim identify the location of a family member's cellphone a useless endeavor, but the try to misuse your credit card. Their policy is that they charge you for a 24-hr trial, and if you don't cancel before 24 hrs they will bill you for a monthly rate of $49.80. Scammero acknowledged that they received an email from me canceling the trial 6 hrs before 24 hrs time, and yet they tried to bill my credit card bank for the $49.80. Fortunately, my bank must know that these companies commit fraud all the time, and denied Scammero's attempt to charge my card and so contacted me. Then I know that this Scammero is a really bad company.

Jan 20,2025Bonjour, J'ai effectué un paiement à 0.87 € le 17 Janvier 2025, ils ont tenté de me retiré 49.80$ hier et 29.88$ aujourd'hui - sans mon autorisation evidement. PAIEMENTS refuser par ma bank - Genre de fraude qui alimentent des groupuscules criminels, terroristes, etc... On reste LOIN. Je pourrais fournir des Screenshots, mais le Site ne permet pas de charger des documents. Dommage. La bise :D

Jan 17,2025I failed to read the reviews - this site is 100% a complete waste of money. They advertise .89 for trial period - if it is too good to be true then it probably is a scam - do not use this site I can't say it enough - customer service did respond with a canned answer - more than likely AI generated - saying I did not cancel in time - when in fact I cancelled within 7 hours of signing up - and then lets talk about other charges - scannero ended up with close to $60.00 out of my account when it was all said and done - they confirmed subscription is cancelled - I will 100% closely monitor my account - they need to be reported to the BBB or any regulating government agency.

Jan 17,2025Ich wollte es nur ausprobieren und eine Handynummer orten. Das habe ich für 1,01 Euro dann beantragt, gültig für 24 Stunden, per Kreditkarte auch bezahlt. Daten habe ich jedoch nicht dafür erhalten. Dafür erschien auf meinem Kontoauszug ein zusätzlicher vorgemerkter Betrag von 38,90 €. Für was? Jetzt wurde ich stutzig und habe nach langem Suchen über einen Button eine sog. „Kündigung“ eingeleitet. Die Bestätigung liegt mir vor und auch, dass „der automatische Übergang in ein Abonnement nicht aktiviert“ ist. Ich habe davon sogleich Screenshots angefertigt. Dann habe ich mich an den Service at scannero.io gewandt und einen Brief an das Unternehmen, das auf Zypern registriert ist, gesandt. Darin habe ich auf mein Widerrufsrecht verwiesen und die Rückzahlung des Betrages gefordert . Die Antwort war, dass ich zusätzliche Softwareoptionen bestellt hätte. Das ist jedoch nicht der Fall. Ich habe weder ein Abo noch irgendwelche Zusatzdienste bestellt. In dem Schreiben bietet man mir nun folgendes an, a) einen kostenlosen Monat Scannero oder b) Erstattung von 50 % der Kosten. Oder c) etwas anderes, wenn ich einen Vorschlag dazu habe. Ich habe parallel dazu (nach erfolgter Abbuchung) meine Bank verständigt und den gesamten Betrag zurück erstattet erhalten. Die Seite ist so unübersichtlich und verwirrend aufgebaut, dass man nur mit viel Sucherei überhaupt eine Möglichkeit findet, irgendetwas zu korrigieren geschweige denn sich abzumelden oder zu kündigen. Ich habe schon Angst auf diese Seite zu gehen, ohne auf dem Weg dorthin weitere Prozesse auszulösen, die möglicherweise zu einer weiteren Bestellung führen. Ich bin sehr frustriert. Das ist alles nicht seriös! Außerdem kann ich mich nicht ganz von Scannero.io abmelden. Es kommt eine Meldung: "Bitte melden Sie sich bei ihrem Nutzerkonto an, um sich von unseren Diensten abzumelden" Wenn ich mich angemeldet habe, sehe ich keine Möglichkeit, mich wieder abzumelden, also kann ich dann nicht kündigen. Ich möchte außerdem, daß meine Daten bei scannero gelöscht werden.

Jan 16,2025Scannero is a scam website not only does it not work they illegally debit your account over and over again and charged for additional add on items which they cannot explain. Please be careful this app is a scam - it cannot find your phone they are trying to get your bank details that all that matters please be careful.

Jan 23,2025Pésimo, horrible El 13 de enero de este año, entre a la página por necesidad y al ver que cobraban muy barato pague la suscripción; desgraciadamente entre en su trampa, el 19 de enero me cobraron un cargo mucho mayor casi 1000 pesos, y para acabarla ese mismo dia (13 de enero) no me ayudaron en nada!!!! SON UNOS ESTAFADORES!!!!!! EXIJO QUE ME HAGAN EL REEMBOLSO O TOMARÉ MEDIDAS DRÁSTICAS YA CANCELE LA SUSCRIPCIÓN, AUN ASÍ ES MUY MALO DE SU PARTE QUE COMO EMPRESA APROVECHAN DE NOSOTROS!!! POR FAVOR UNA VEZ MAS LE EXIJO REEMBOLSO!
