They advertise their trial as costing 71p, but when I checked my bank account, they had taken £32 instead! This is deceptive, unethical, and feels like outright theft. There was no clear explanation or warning about these charges during the sign-up process. It seems like they use the low-cost trial as bait to take much more money without your consent. If you value your hard-earned money, stay far away from this service. It’s not worth the hassle or the stress. Please share this so others don’t fall into the same trap!

En fait voici la petite histoire : Un prélèvement initial de 1.02 euros pour l’aide à la géocalisation de mon mobile perdu qui engendre un abonnement (j’ai échangé sur un formulaire débutant en langue FRANCAISE) mais le critère « abonnement » est en langue ETRANGERE (très curieux !!!) j’ai dû mal coché la bonne case et VLAN un débit de 39.23 euros sur mon compte !!! Je me suis manifesté AUSSITOT pour interrompre cet abonnement. SCANNERO me propose un remboursement à hauteur de 50% ??????????? ou un mois d’abonnement gratuit (comme si j’avais encore besoin de leur frauduleux service !). J’ai opté, BIEN SUR, et par FORCE (n‘ayant pas d’autre choix) pour un remboursement partiel Mais pourquoi « partiel » ??? je n’ai eu aucune information, aucune preuve de leur soit-disante recherche de géocalisation de mon mobile !!! Aujourd’hui et malgré LEUR PROMESSE , je n’ai reçu AUCUN REMBOURSEMENT !!! J’ai également signalé l’INCIDENT sur le site « Signal.Arnaques.com » !!! MEFIEZ-VOUS de ce site !!!

I have a question. All of these 5 star reviews, so many of them state it helped them find out about strangers, bad people, spammers. But how can that be when you have to send the bad person a link to click on in order to do all that? No bad person is going to click on that link no matter how much you cajole him and promise him the moon How would you send it to him anyway? None of how this works makes any sense. I'm just saying it sounds like the 1 star people might be telling the truth. AND it unethical for a business to make unreported deductions from some ones bank, add charges. Refuse to honor their printed commitment. To those people I say go to your bank and tell them you want transfer your total funds to a brand new checking account. Dispose of the old account. Same with credit cards, tell them you need a new credit card new number on it. Also, familiarize yourselves with the small claims court in you state and city. Their limits, the money you have to put up at first for a court date.MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EMAILS AND LOGS OF PHONE CALLS THE RESPONSES. ETC. WHEN YOU WIN YOU GET THE MONEY YOU PUT UP BACK , RESTITUTION, AND DAMAGES. IF YOU WENT WITH A LAWYER, THE LOSER MUST PAY THE OTHER SIDE'S LAWYER FEES. If they don't show up to court, they lose. But believe me, once you convey to them you have all the email phone logs etc. They'll give you the money back. They know they will lose in court and they don't want to hire a lawyer, he cost more than the money they stole from you. I did exactly this to Onkyo electronics, Logitech computer keyboards/Webcam, Samsung external solid state hard drives. All gave me what I wanted, what was due to me, and then sweetened the pot to shut me up. YOU HAVE THE POWER. FIND IT AND USE IT!

I ask for help. Every month I receive an invoice ONLINECONTROL.APP 35725263284 CY Money debited. On October 18, 2024 I tried to locate my son's cell phone because he was missing. The tracking didn't work. I found out hours later that he had been killed in a traffic accident that day. Since my son was killed, I didn't think about canceling the service after the trial period. I want to cancel your service and subscription, but I can't because your page always says that you don't know my email address. They charge money month after month, but I can't cancel. Please cancel my subscription and please do not charge me any more money. My son has been dead since October 18th, 2024.
This service allowed me to find out that my sister was communicating with someone suspicious. She was grateful that I brought it to her attention.

Nur eine Abzocke, wir hatten es in unserer Verzweifelung bei der Handeysuche darüber versucht und nun wurden monatlich Geld abgebucht, ohne dass wir irgendwo eingewiligt hätten. Das ist in meinen Augen kriminell und ich werde nun wohl die Polizei und einen Anwalt einschalten müssen.

Jan 08,2025I bought the trial for one day at .89 cents. They said they sent a message to the lost phone and showed me the message that was sent to the lost phone to locate it. Well I never got a location from them. I got the phone back and there was no message from them on the phone. I cancelled the service immediately I removed all the unneccessary services they tried to charg me on the initial sign up so was only charged 89 cents. I sent in a help desk ticket letting them know they did not provide the service they stated they would and in return they stated they did not give refunds for the trial service fee. That means if lots of people sign up for the service trial they can make a good bit of money for doing nothing. Because Nothing is the service they provide. The service in non existent. Do not sign up for this service. It is a scam.
