Aug 19,2023I purchased 4 pairs of school trousers, 2 different sizes and brands for my two boys. On first wear 3 of the 4 pairs split in the crotch and the 4th is clearly very poorly stitched. Having spent £48.99 on 4 pairs of school trousers I would not expect such awful quality. I would avoid at all costs. To make matters worse upon contacting the company on the first day of wearing the trousers, I would expect a quick response given these are essential items for attending school, I have so far had no response. I fully accept that on occasions things will go wrong, 3 out of 4 items failing on first day of wearing and a 4th clearly poorly stitched is not acceptable, however customer experience when things go wrong tell you everything about the company, failing to answer is just not acceptable. Edit. .. in the sellers response they are very sorry and invite me to email for a resolution, however they continue to ignore me when I do contact them.

They have a good selection of styles and sizes, mu kids wear brown and gold which are hard to come by easily. I also get the newsletter for the voucher codes and special offers that regularly come through. Highly recommend
