Feb 03,2024I’ve had terrible trouble getting trousers for my 11yr old grandson as he is reg size except for waist which is chubby. I contacted school wear on a Sunday on what’s app and had a reply that day giving me their site to find what I was looking for. I immediately ordered 2 sizes 11/12 & a 13 yrs as that’s been the case with others. Hey presto, they were delivered the next day and 11/12 pair fitted. Great quality, brilliant service. Can’t thank them enough. I know I have to send 13yr back but worth trying and I know where to find them as he grows.

Feb 02,2024School Wear United is a shambles. I placed an order on the 27/1 and had confirmation they had taken my money, there was no delivery date confirmed. A week later I tried to establish the delivery status and hold on the phone for 20mins listening to out of date nonsense (wishing me a happy 2023!!). I eventually give up and try to find information via their What's App chatline , no one responds. I eventually managed to register an account (non easy) to track my order number. I discovered that they had refunded my money on the 29/1 without any notification to me. Wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole. I guess such a high number of 1 and 2 star reviews on Trust Pilot is the clue (wish I had read it before I ordered !!!)

The school blouses, which my local school wear shop no longer stocked, arrived promptly and are exactly as expected. School Wear United were also great at responding to my WhatsApp message about the delivery. I would not hesitate to shop with them again

The fabric is durable to withstand the daily rough & tumble at the school playground; the design is smart and in-tune with my child's fashion sense; the elastic banding is more functional than the buttoned adjustable type and the stitching is very good as it is doubled-up to give some resistance to potential incidence of splitting. I am very happy with the spec of the product; the price paid was good value for money and will recommend the shorts to any parent searching for a decent pair of school shorts for his or her child. School Wears' service was good with ease of ordering and their regular up dates on shipping kept me informed till the delivery of the item.
