Oct 10,2023Terrible service. Goods are of good quality but I’ve been waiting weeks for replacement items when they sent the wrong size. Several WhatsApp messages not replied to, no answer on phone and no reply to website message. They really need to step it up.

Oct 05,2023Disgusting scam of a company. Ordered some school trousers for my son called slim fit. They were huge and in no way slim fit. Then had £15 from the cost of my order deducted just for returning at my own expense. Do NOT order from these scam operators. They should be ashamed of themselves during a cost of living crisis.

Oct 02,2023I firstly received the wrong size, and have contacted the company on 5 occasions via WhatsApp and email and have only received 1 brief response but my issue has not been resolved. I have returned the item and have not received my refund or any correspondence. My daughter is still without the correct size school skirt

Sep 13,2023Delivery was very slow, I ordered it on Thursday early afternoon and it was shipped on Friday morning and delivered on Tuesday - I paid £10 for delivery, and in my opinion, it was not a priority delivery. I have contacted customer service and I got no response. And the return service is ridiculous. The only thing that stopped me from giving 1 star was that I didn't read their information before I finalised my order, as I was in a rush and thought that the items would get to me quickly as I couldn't find my child size at this point. I will definitely never use this site again. M&S is 100% better and cheaper.

Sep 11,2023The cut was terrible, and I had to return the ones I had bought for our two boys. They docked the refund by one pair, even though I returned them in a resalable condition. When I tried to contact them to find out why, the email bounced. Note you also have to pay for returns. Not recommended. I tried to review on their website but it wouldn't let me. I wonder why! EDIT: Apparently £10 of it is a restocking charge because I ordered more that 3 items (!), this was in the terms and conditions which to be fair I didn’t notice although that still seems quite unreasonable to me. Not sure about the other £5 yet... they now seem to be ignoring me after I said the restocking fee was outrageous and pointed out they had lost my good will. Oh dear. Edit 2: they have now come back to me and said the extra £5 is because there were extra items above the threshold. I should read the terms and conditions. That’s true! But I don’t expect that kind of nasty charge to be hidden in them.

Sep 08,2023The premium delivery (£10) took 4 days from dispatch (ordered at the weekend, sent out Monday, arrived Thursday afternoon). One item was correct, but one was a different colour to the one I ordered. No apology or offer to correct either issue.

Sep 05,2023I ordered a Plus size pair of trousers (15-16yrs). There was no size guide for the Plus size trousers. I ordered them anyway in the hope that they would fit, but they have come up far too small. A size guide would have helped to avoid this.

Sep 02,2023I've searched 5 shops before finding Schoolwearunited.co.uk! They're excellent- the only trousers that fit my age 10 but in age 14 cloths with a hypermobile back that means he needs elasticated waist. The plus size are prefect. And received in 3 days of order.
