Jul 12,2019Nearly two weeks and still waiting for my child school uniform. No update or tracking details received so far. Tried calling them twice and was on hold for nearly 20 minutes but they never answer their calls. Email sent to manager at schoolwearunited co uk, but not a single response received. Raising a dispute in PayPal.

I placed my order but it never arrived to my address, when I contacted them they tracked it and said it had been delivered, I still have not received my item and every email since has been ignored! Appalling service in my views!

Jun 15,2019I bought 4 dresses but returned first two as they were too small. I had notification on 22nd May that money was to be refunded. On 4th June we went away an d at that point money had not been refunded so not very happy with that situation.
