Oct 14,2020Bought clothing items from school wear united but didn’t suit, so returned for a refund ,contacted schoolwear united by phone (they didn’t answer) contacted them by email (they didn’t answer) I paid for the items through PayPal (who I asked for help for a refund) but PayPal were unhelpful to try and get my refund.Still trying to get my refund is schoolwear united a scam?

Oct 01,2020Don't order from them!! I would not give these any stars. I ordered a book bag 17th August, I hadn't received the item by 8th September ready for school. I tried calling them, I even emailed and left messages on the website and I have not received any response. If I had only read the reviews first I would not have ordered from them. So I have no book bag, no response and no refund. Total con artist. Will be reporting to trading standards next.

Sep 24,2020I will not advise anyone to use this company. Try somewhere else. I returned 2 pairs of trousers 21 days ago and after sending emails and speaking to someone on the phone(a massive effort by itself) I have had nio response as to the status of my return. I was told I would receive a call back on the same day. Wishful thinking on my part

Sep 08,2020I got there at 9:00 am and the staff were hard at work. I had come to swap my sons school jumpers for a larger size. They were not on the shop floor, but the staff member knew they had some just delivered, he went outside to their van and got the box. I've never seen this kind of service in the UK. Normally they would have just said sorry, we don't have it.

Aug 27,2020Fast service and easy to order...The ZECO branded polo shirts are a little bit more expensive to buy than grocery brand stores but they hardly need ironing and the quality of them makes them worth the money hands down! As a mom to 2 boys...these are a win. ODR8885

Aug 22,2020What a total f*** up of an order and experience, not to mention the rude customer service I have experienced just now. Ordered and paid for 3 skirts and a swim suit. On the Order section of my account it says total 3 items only. Skirts have arrived and the sizes bear no resemblance to what I selected when ordering. They’re all too small and need returning. Rang up so called sales team who say one skirt is being sent separately however I have not been informed of that. There is no invoice in the parcel and returns are at my own expense. Sales team said I had to print out a returns form from their website and there is no such form. No one knows what they are doing and communication awful! Jul 22,2020I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered a few items which I have to say the majority of were okay however I returned a pinafore and a pair of school trousers which they received on 19/06/2020 - still no refund or exchange. Sent a number of emails and had not one single response so I’m guessing I’ll need to make a phone call costing me even more money to sort the problem out!!! The items are good quality when you receive them but customer service is appalling.

Jul 22,2020The guy who attended to us in the shop is very knowledgeable and well experienced. He only took one look at my daughter and gave us the correct sizes and all items she needed. He was very friendly and professional. All items were in stock. We rate service 5 stars and prices 4 stars. Shop location is very accessible and easy to locate.

Feb 22,2020The only correspondence I have ever had back form this company is via this trust pilot website. In June 2019 the offered to refund me or resend my order via this site. I foolishly opted for the delivery of my items as I actually wanted my child to wear their school uniform. However still not uniform. No refund and no communication form the company.

Jan 31,2020Am giving one star, so that I can write my review for people to know school wear united company is bad, I bought boys full elastic pull up trouser, Is my third time buying uniform from school wear united, first and second!! I didn't have any problems, but this time they send me wrong size I order 5 to 6 yrs they send me 3 to 4 yrs I send the item back to them, a week later I contact them no answer, and you can't leave message because the answer message is full, 4 days later someone answer the phone, he said the refund is done I will get my in 3 days time. Is a month now no refund and no new uniform from school wear united. The first time I ordered from school wear united, l read people reviews and it's was good reviews!! that why I ordered from them. Hope people will read the reviews from the website before buying it.

Oct 07,20199th September - ordered trousers 23rd september - sent trousers back asking for exchange 7th October - Still haven't heard anything, no trousers, no refund. Telephone line keeps you on hold for 10 minutes and then cuts you off. Answerphone inbox always full so no chance to leave a message. No one answers emails. I am now £40 worse off and having to order from someone else as my son is still wearing shorts to school! I'll be going to CAB about this as I have a feeling they think they're keeping my money!

Sep 09,2019I went in store to buy my child’s uniform it was a pleasant experience. However, not all items where in stock and I was told that I would receive them before school begins. School has begun. I have not been contacted I have contacted them a numerous amount of times. I was told they couldn’t find my tracking number and they would be in contact with me. Not once have they called me back to give me an update. Baring In mind that I have paid for the uniform and it was set to be delivered before school started! Uniform is great quality customer service in store is too. The follow up on deliveries however is not.

Aug 22,2019DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 2 gingham dresses from Schoolwear United for my 4 year old (this was the only place I could find stocking the brand I was after). I paid extra for postage to ensure they were here in time to sew in name labels & for my daughter to start school at the end of August. I ordered age 4-5, they sent age 7-8. I have since sent numerous emails & spent over £10 (& many hours) on hold to their premium number (which they DO NOT answer) trying to get the right items sent out & heard NOTHING back. It has so far cost me almost £50 for two bloody dresses, taking all of this into account. Steer well clear of them & spend your money elsewhere.

Oct 30,2020Returned trousers were received back by School Wear United on the 28th September. Hermes tracking confirms. Still no refund, cant get through on the phone (line disconnects at approximately 22 minutes) and no reply to two chaser emails
