I have recieved an incorrect item I have emailed and left telephone messages - no reply! Mistakes happen its how you deal with them that matters if you hope to keep your business running!!
Like one of the previous reviews, I would give this company zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. I ordered an adult mouth guard and was sent a junior one. After a number of attempts to call them, I got hold of someone who said they would send me the correct size. That was a few months ago and no replacement mouth guard to be seen - during that time I have tried calling them, no one picks up and eventually the phone hangs up, emailing them with no reply and to add insult to injury I called using their 0844 number (thank goodness only once on that number) and was charged a £5.31 access charge! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Update - I have just received a refund :) Terrible customer service! I would give zero stars if I could. I have received the wrong item. You can’t contact this company on the phone or email. I was asked to write a review on their own platform which they have failed to up load. Very poor customer service.
I made order worth £36 on 16th May and hasn't received the order still. Called them a couple of weeks back and someone picked up after some wait, he was supposed to check and call me back but no updates since. Email has bounced and my order hasn't arrived still. Not happy at all. Order #16675
Terrible. Order placed 19 May 21 and still waiting for delivery. No answer to phone calls, voice messages or emails. Awful.
RECEIVED DAMAGED GOODS DUE TO POOR PACKAGING. IGNORED EMAILS AND CALLS. WORSE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THEY ARE A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME DO NOT USE TERRIBLE

Absolutely terrible service ordered twin pack of short sleeve girls shirts they sent out long sleeve. I returned item on the 9th April, £4.85 in postage costs and they are ignoring all emails and phone messages. I asked for replacement shirts and to get reimbursed for the postage as it wasn’t my fault i had to return. Heard nothing, so no shirts no refunds no exchange and i’m out of pocket. Does anyone know how to report these people? Telephoned several times kept hanging on for ages then line goes dead. Next time you call they say they’re closed.

I ordered 2 pairs of size 2XL trousers, I received 2 pairs of XL. After a few emails I was advised to return the trousers and postage would be refunded. I enclosed the returns slip requesting the correct size as per order be sent. This was ignored and I was refunded the money for the trousers. I am still pursuing reclaiming the money for postage. This company is unresponsive and demonstrates very poor customer service.
Avoid at all cost I ordered 4 pairs of trousers and they weren't right so I returned them. Having done then on a pay in 3 Klarna plan, the first payment had already gone out. I have tried emailing the company several times as Klarna told me they had not receive a refund from the company. I put the payment plan on hold, now Klarna are asking me to pay the rest despite the order being shown as refunded on School Wear United's page. I'm £18 out of pocket already and loom likely to lose the rest of the money plus I don't have the product. Emails keep being returned and ignored. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Brought my son 3 pairs of school trousers, thought the price was a little expensive but after receiving them I would be happy to pay the price again, seem very hard wearing and fit well

Wanted to exchange my item, sent it back and still haven’t heard anything back for 2 weeks. 3 unanswered emails. Avoid them and their shocking customer service.
I ordered black trousers and received grey, which are of no use to us as the uniform stipulates black. I phoned immediately and spoke to someone who said they’d look into it and call back, but 2 weeks later, no call! It left us with a big problem, as my son urgently needed the trousers to start school after lockdown! I’ve also emailed twice and had no replies. I have now contacted trading standards for advice, having read all the reviews from people who’ve had a similar experience. I will return the goods with my letter, and expect a full refund plus the original postage charges and the return postage. I’ll report back, hopefully with a positive story! I used this company because I like to support the small independents and not go to M&S every time... sadly, I now regret my decision.
Ordered 2 skirts back in October and received the wrong items. Returned them at a considerable cost and to date I have not received a refund. I have sent emails and have not received a response. No one answers the phone. Really Poor!! AVOID AS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!
Sent items back on the 27th October 2020 and I am still waiting for a refund. Its rediculous I have emailed numerous times and called but nothing. I have had no correspondence from them at all. Do not buy from them.
Wouldn’t give any stars! Still awaiting a refund from them since September. No response to the emails sent and no one answers the phone.

Aug 20,2021Sent wrong item, didn’t really apologise, asked to send back and the will refund postage cost. Chased that refund for over a month, every time promised to get back but never did. Will never use again!
