Jul 12,2023Well decided on a pair of trainers it’s took over a week to order now they have been transferred to ups delivery service…. Waited in all day no trainers !! Got a message at 7pm sorry DELAYED not good enough so more days to wait . Poor service please sort it out …rubbish delivery service .I’ve read poor reviews about ups the delivery company with this shoe company and I can say it’s been a total long wait for nothing . I won’t be ordering from this company again and if your reading this read the reviews first . Don’t bother .

Jul 08,2023My partner and I went into schuh in Cheltenham on July 1st, the stuff in there or so helpful. The lady noticed us waiting from across the shopfloor when she came out from the back room. she came straight over and asked if she could help. She checked to see if they had the shoes in the size my partner wanted and then a guy came out with the shoes, The shoes did not fit my partner so the guy advised him to go up a size because they might be better.  My partner was still not happy with the fit of the shoes, Then the guy said what about these shoes and he then started to get shoes, getting all the sizes and helping us to pick some shoes it felt like we had a personal shopper Absolutely amazing stuff I didn’t get their names, I wish I had.

Jul 07,2023Trainers arrived used. Dirt at the bottoms of both shoes and they didn’t even fix the laces. Have to keep them as I’m desperate. Will not use again.

Jul 05,2023Huge shout out to Diego who went above and beyond to help us. He was very polite, very informative, friendly and welcoming! We purchased 3 pairs of Nike trainers and Nike backpack. Fantastic idea of being able to pay in installments interest free over 3 months. We left feeling so happy. Diego gets a gold star from us. A credit to your store..(Basingstoke)

Jul 02,2023Ordered 3 pairs of shoes for next day delivery, the first pair have apparently been delivered the day after but they definitely haven’t and customer service have been no help whatsoever!! Then the other 2 pairs was received a few days after. So not only did I pay next day delivery and none came the next day, Iv also paid £110 for some shoes which haven’t come and nobody will respond to me anymore.

Jun 23,2023Will not order from here again firstly I stayed in for delivery and had changed my plans only for it not to be delivered that day Came the following day when I had my plans as I moved it around so I wasn't home so ups which if you ask me are a terrible delivery partner then delivered to a shop which was just a huge inconvenience to be honest Anyway I then collected trainers and they where just flung in a box no tissue no nothing and few slight marks on them I don't have time to deal with returns i just know I will not return as a customer there's alot better out there .

Jun 15,2023I've bought sneakers from Schuh since 2011, and have always had a positive experience. For my most recent purchase, I was let down by their delivery company UPS. I contacted Schuh via Twitter Messaging, and they couldn't have been more helpful.

Jun 14,2023Worst shoe shop ever. I purchased 1 pair of trainers for £31.50 and 4 payments for this amount came out my account, okay could be an honest mistake. I contact Schuh to advise them of the error they tell me they use a third party provider to take payments ( not secure at all) and they said they contacted the IT department ment and where told only one payment came out, this is however after I sent my bank statement to prove they took 4 payments. They advised not their error so no refund will be given and the funds should have been back in my account within 3-5 days if it was an eeeor this was of course 4 weeks ago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THEIFS.

Jun 13,2023I can't fault the lady that handled my issue this afternoon,I phoned to complain about my order being incorrect and Margaret was fantastic and all was sorted in 10 minutes so guys if you do have a problem then customer service is great and all will get resolved.

Jun 12,2023They use Evri/Hermes for delivery. So obviously if you pay for next-day delivery, or anything reliable, you’re being scammed. Total lottery whether your package will even arrive, but you’ll spend days inside waiting for them to make completely made up delivery windows. Beneath contempt. Boycott until they guarantee adequate delivery of the products you pay them for.
