Jan 05,2023Ordered a pair if nike air jordans for xmas. Cant fault the delivery time came quick and evri were amazing. Push forward to xmas day and they dont look right. They were black but this white salty powder keeps comming out of the stitching around the leather. Tried all sorts to shift it nope keeps comming back.then i read how to tell fake jordans and everything they said is exactly how my trainers are.wonky label glued inside tongue not stitched on, feel hard material like cheap plastic. Clumpy to walk in leather wont bend on top when u walk. Something not right tried contact schuh got nowhere with them.beware they sell fake trainers at top whack prices online dont think theyd get away with it in store as you can see the defaults... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! 😡

Jan 04,2023Ordered a pair of doctor martens and before they were shipped I contacted support to make sure I get the correct size, and support confirmed that they will send me my size, but they still sent a smaller size. In plus to this the ones they sent are scratched. How you can call such people?!

Jan 01,2023I was at Schuh in Edinburgh, Fort Kinnaird on Christmas Eve where I received the most disgusting behaviour from a rude staff member! I asked for a certain pair of uggs & was told they “only have what’s on the shelf” I then walked away & a rude girl named Clio shouted at me saying leave the store! The store was full of ppl & the way she had shouted at me was disgusting I’ve never experienced such rude staff in a retail store before it was shocking & clearly lack customer service training! I will never use this store again!

Aufgrund der schlechten Bewertungen hatte ich Bedenken, ob der Kundenservice reagieren wird, aber der Kundenservice hat innerhalb von einer Stunde per Email geantwortet und wie gewünscht die Bestellung storniert. Vielen lieben Dank an das Team!!!

Dec 27,2022I recently ordered a pair of Uggs as a gift from the schuh online site, then almost 1 week later was informed that they had made an error and they refunded my money. This has happened twice in 1 month! And at Christmas time! The online store is a complete shambles I will never use again. I would advise anyone to stay clear very unhappy customer

Dec 27,2022Ordered these trainers over a week ago on next day delivery…still yet to receive them, spoke to the WhatsApp team who advised me to go to my local Schuh to pick up a pair there as they’re in stock…when I arrived I was told they only have 1 single shoe in stock???! Absolute laughing stock, really and I never complain! 0/5 stars!!

Dec 23,2022Ordered boots and paid for a next day delivery - these are (were) a Christmas gift to my daughter. 5 days later, still nothing. Have chatted with Schuh live chat for last two days and they pretty much (just) told me that there's nothing they can do....but did want me to cancel my order (i wonder why?) - I cannot leave the house so have no means to buy another gift now. Additionally, they admitted that their courier, Evri, was not very reliable...which begs the question, WHY USE THEM?? Just avoid at all costs, spend your money somewhere else!!!

Dec 23,2022Unable to cancel my order to prevent delivery but when it was returned they only refunded £62.50 instead of £65 when confronted about it they then told me to contact Klarna, I had paid for the item in full on my credit card so what’s Klarna got to do with it, now i have to do all the chasing to get the full refund.

Dec 22,2022Hier werde ich definitiv nie wieder bestellen. Die Schuhe sind zwar nach der Zahlung über PayPal angekommen, jedoch wird einem verschwiegen das da eventuell noch Zollgebühren drauf kommen, wo danach eine extra Rechnung von UPS kommt. Es wird einem versichert das man die Gebühren zahlen soll und die im Nachhinein zurück erstattet werden aber es passiert gar nichts und man kriegt auch keine Antwort mehr per Email. Ich rate euch davon ab hier etwas zu bestellen.

Dec 22,2022Really bad customer service ordered trainers online a week ago to which they’ve just informed me never came out of the warehouse I will get my refund after Christmas and no trainers for my son! Back and forth conversation for 3 days to be told no trainers and no refund really frustrating and no one cares!!

I’m unsure what as I have returned them so now fighting to get refunded because they haven’t received the item. Will be very wary of ordering due to returning item
